I became a huge fan of Caffe Nero while traveling in London. We were there for 10 days and I want to say we hit various Caffe Nero’s. The service as well as the coffee and food were consistently great. My kids loved the hot chocolate and I hit the cortado just about every time. Highly recommend without reservations.
A good selection of coffee choices; including an array of sandwiches and cakesWheelchair accessibility: I felt that the entrance wasn't friendly for wheelchair users. Door entrance was hard to push or pull to open. Even though the entrance to the establishment was flat

Quite central (and therefore often busy) Nero. They make efficient use of the space with a good number of tables, but it can still fill up at busy times. There's an outdoor seating area by the main road.Not always great service, as on my recent visit the staff member didn't even look me in the eyes as he silently stood in front of me waiting for my order. Took my drink order, told me the price then walked away leaving me to scan a credit card. I had to wait for him to come back to allow me to pay by app instead. At which point I suddenly got some eye contact and a big smile as he said "Can you give me five stars? ?". I didn't.
