Service was good Food was fresh but not very special, it was mediocre in flavor. The menu was not very comprehensive. The seats were not very comfortable.

No pets allowed, YOU LOSS MY MONEY. completely ashamed that in London, this kind of restaurant doesn't accept pets.

I noticed on Trip Advisor that there were some mixed reviews on this restaurant. We decided to try it based on the menu items we had a taste for. We did not order an appetizer or dessert. For our mains we ordered the fish and ships that came with excellently seasoned fries and very tasty tartar sauce along with a hummus plate. Everything was delicious and our server was very good. I would recommend this restaurant.

Lovely food and very good customer service, my partner forgot her sunglasses and a member of staff came running after us to return them. This was on the hottest day of the year as well.

The breakfast didn't look appetizing, and neither the pancakes, bread, nor avocado tasted fresh. The only plus was their payment method, which allowed you to pay using your phone.

We went to the South Bank London restaurant having booked a table online. We arrived at 4.50 for a 5.00 booking. We choose to sit inside and the person who showed us to our table plonked the menus down, we had to get a drink’s menu from a nearby table after she walked away. We waited 20 minutes being ignored on several occasions for someone to attend to us. Eventually I asked for someone to take our order. A waitress then arrived but she didn’t know what was available gluten free and had to go to her phone to find out. When the drinks came my cloudy apple was lukewarm and therefore I asked for ice, also we had to ask twice for tap water which was also warm.we then got our starters and mains delivered all together meaning the chips were cold by the time we had finished our starters. The waiter didn’t offer sauces and I had to go to another table to get them from another customer who finished with them. The food was good but the service was absolutely awful. The staff were friendly to each other (playing rock paper scissors instead of waiting on tables) but not the paying customer. We took the service charge off the the bill as did the people on a table near to us. My advice is to use Giraffe Victoria where the service was brilliant.

Loved the Avocado toast! Very fresh and flavorful. Coffee was great too. Service was exceptionally fast.

to give this place a bad review! It was an enjoyable experience and felt relaxed after a day out at the movies in Victoria Street! Had lovely fish and chips and waffles for dessert!

It was a great meal. My mum had the katsu chicken and she ate it all. I had the chicken burger. It was tasty. My dad had the chicken kebab. He said it was lovely. I had the warm chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream and strawberries. It was AMAZING! The Giraffe’s food is very filling. I recommend the Giraffe.

Positives: 1. Lovely location on the Southbank. 2. The staff on the door were very accommodating and arranged for our table to be ready early due to a change to our schedule. 2. Food was delicious. I had the pink salad and it was amazing! 3. Kids meals were really healthy and tasty too. Niggles: 1. This restaurant doesn’t participate in the kids eat for £1 incentive. 2. We asked for blue cheese fries and when it came out it didn’t taste like blue cheese at all. My husband questioned this twice and was reassured that it was in deed blue cheese. When he checked the bill at the end they had actually put through the other option of loaded fries, so he was in fact right and wasn’t losing his sense of taste after all.

What a nice spot to grab some breakfast as you wait for your flight. Pomegranate ice tea, banana Nutella pancakes, smoothies, avocado toast, vegetarian sausage, etc.

Had breakfast here with really friendly service. Sausage was a bit aneamic.Food average though expensive for the price and they automatically add service to the bill.Vegetarian options: Adequate

Ran through the rain coming out of Apollo Victoria for Wicked and found this absolute gem of a Giraffe!Despite not having a table booked & the restaurant being super busy, our server Lenny found us a table for 5 (!) and we were seated quickly. We were able to order within 10 minutes and our food came timely and was all super fresh.I wish I took more pictures but it looked (& tasted!!) so great & we were so hungry it was all gone before we could even think about snapping!Ordered the California burger & quite honestly it was one of the best chicken burgers I’ve had- the chicken was cooked perfectly; seasoned so well, not dry or chewy, and the perfect amount of meat. Every filling in the burger was perfectly proportioned- it missed absolutely nothing! And the seasoned fries ?Staff were so accommodating & friendly, they really kept the vibe high despite us showing up totally drowned!Thank you so much team Giraffe Victoria- will definitely be back!

Recieved a friendly welcome, table was available despite us being a little late. Food was nice- hummus plate, halloumi and duck stir fry; albeit quite expensive for what it is.Had a peach cocktail which was really disappointing, £9 for a shot of gin and lots of soda, not sure they even put the prosecco in it.Overall I'd definitely return based on the excellent service.

Good spot to get a quick brunch on a weekday. I had just landed in London from an overseas flight and could not checkin to my hotel until 3pm, this was the perfect place to get a good meal and hangout for a bit. I ordered the All Day Breakfast Brunch, simple and delicious.Food: goodService: greatAtmosphere: relaxed, non-pretentious
