Our server Jonathan was soo kind and welcoming. He helped me and my friend pick out a selection of things to buy as we were both really hungry but picky! He was very patient with us which I think is hard to find in a lot of workers. I will be coming back again and hope to be greeted by him ??

Popped into this branch... Not much available but hardly surprising on a late Saturday afternoon. However, l did notice several of the Steak Bakes (fresh from the oven) had burst open, with large amounts of their filling, oozing away. I had to tell the assistant I didn't want one of those...! ? Should these faulty goods be available to the public at all, let alone FULL PRICE...? ?

It's not much different to any other out there. As soon as you enter, there's a large square block that takes up much of the floor service area. It's a really poor design and not welcoming. I'm not sure what the purpose is other than to force things at you at a higher height. The staff are helpful, though their supervisors? They are a mixed-bag shall we say.

I have gone out of my way on the way to work several times on the way to work to buy something from this bakery, it says it opens at 6.30 but every time I go before 7 it's not open ?
