Nice friendly staff that help even under all the stress they put up with big shout out to Staff named Cynthia Doma kamal and Atiqul for friendly service and helping I see this shop regularly understaffed and I see how much work these workers do and I appreciate them Greggs management should really treat their workers better and in turn service and standards will get better

The employee who works here has very bad manners and she gave me a cold pizza and I told her that I wanted to heat it. She said, “I cannot” in all rudeness, even though the other branches heat it. What do you expect from me to eat it cold? Or do you only care about taking money and in return provide bad service and food!

The worker was extremely rude to me. I bought food and politely asked for tap water in addition which she declined me, and on top of that it was in a really disrespectful way. I was visibly not feeling well and she declined me some water. The food wasn’t really that hot either. Horrible rude
Worst Gregg's in London !!! At 8 o'clock on a Saturday morning they were still closed and barricades of huge shelved trolleys in front of the entrance! One of the rolling shutters completely closed! CUSTOMERS WAITING DESPERATE OUTSIDE FOR THE INDIAN EMPLOYEE TO OPEN ..... NOT SURE WHO ACCEPTED THIS KIND OF EMPLOYEES TO WORK FOR GREGGS !!!??? WHEN SHE WAS ASKED WHAT TIME THEY WILL OPEN......? THE ANSWER CAME : ...SOON IN 5 ...10 MINUTES..... STRAIGHT IRESPONSIBLE IGNORANCE FROM LALA...LAND!!!!! OTHER GREGGS THEY OPEN UP AT 6.30......7.00 O'CLOCK AND THEY UP RUNNING THE STANDARD SERVICES......

I went to greggs this morning at 7am it’s was closed even tho it says 6:30am on Saturdays so I came back at 7:30am and was still closed so I asked someone what time they are open at 8 and was very rude about it , so when I came back for 8am there was a little crowd of people waiting for it to open and ALL staff was ignoring us and continued restocking ,so I asked the same male collage what time are you opening then he says 8:30. I am really not happy with the lack of communication and misleading times on the website! I then went hungry for a 7hr couch journey because I was told the wrong information
