So dissapointed, I first visited this place about 6 years ago on Mothers day, they did a special set menu and it was reasonably priced and tasted amazing. It was a special treat and my mum loved it. Since then I have been every mothers day and then about once every 6 weeks for lunch with friends. For a few years they did for Mothers Day a voucher to return and have a facial, it was fantastic. The whole day was amazing and the staff alsways made you feel special. Well this last Monthers Day visit couldnt have been more opposite. No Mothers day menu, no mention of it, no facial voucher. Just a standard set winter menu. I got the wrong dessert that I ordered and despite one of my rewards being 10% off, they refused because I ordered from the set menu (this has never happened before) the kids cheeseburger was incredibly greasy and despite me asking for my latte extra hot it was lukewarm warm. I love this restaurant but its starting to go downhill. Usually we have a shop after but we went to Harrods instead as I was quite upset the meal wasnt as special as it had been for the last 5/6 years. Bring back the reasonably priced special occasions set menu with the gift certificates, nobody else does it and its a great way to gain loyal customers. Also just remind staff to listen to customers and be a little more welcoming.

We used event space on top floor for a luxury hotel portfolio Van Isacker, which was perfect for the purpose. Good service, ? comfortable surroundings, a fave venue for me in London and we go to many locations

I had such an amazing experience at Harvey Nichols in Knightsbridge London yesterday afternoon. Never had anything like that in my life. That was my first time. We had a proper ‘wine flight’ with concierge who was brilliant! His interaction with us and knowledge about the wines was superb! Enjoyed listening to his great historical stories some of them really funny. Main thing … I found out a lot about the wines from looking at them, to smelling, tasting, identifying smells & flavours. I will be remembering and using the concierge’s information about wines without a doubt. Thank you so much for an awesome experience.

She wouldn‘t let me get dressed, and I never thought of taking pictures or tried to take one, but she got mad at me and said, ”I know people like you don’t take pictures and buy them.“ I was very hurt by this, and now I‘m brave enough to write a review finally. I hope there won’t be a victim like me.

Awful service, I have returned an item offered within the returns process to be returned. Now nearly a month later and still without refund. Customer service are useless

Absolutely awful company with zero ethics . I did a big mistake of ordering an item that arrived damaged !Was promised either a replacement without having to return the item or return the item for a full refund ! I was asked to send photos of the damage and I did !They were satisfied with the photos ( the product had leaked) and arranged a return.Once the item was returned, I didn’t hear back and contacted them only to be told that the item packaging wasn’t found damaged ! They refused to refund me !Absolutely con- artists and I’d warn people buying from them

Harvey Nichols is on Quidco.They offer a cashback deal on the site of 4.4% on beauty EXCLUDING FENDY products, but no other brand is mentioned. I made a purchase online for Frédéric Malle aftershave. A product that is NOT mentioned on the cashback site as one that isn't counted. After the purchase, Harvey Nichols didn't acknowledge that the purchase had happened. I raise a claim through Quidco. They contacted Harvey, and they (Harvey) stated that my product didn't match the criteria. I smell something, and it isn't the aftershave.It's sad that you seem to want customers, given the recent news about falling profits. You've now just lost a customer. I quite enjoyed buying after shave from you store. But no more.
