Absolutely rude service. Asked for a simple thing (mix 85% with 100%). They refused to do it without explaining why, while being quite condescending and rude (even suggesting that I'm lying about the fact that I regularly get exactly the same thing at the Oxford branch).It was a simple request, there was no need for them to be so rude.

Very bad service they don't have a well trained stuff that treat customers good. Disrespectful service. Tannika was about to kick us from the shop for just not saying please so we can have our invoice?? She kept my mana items on the cashier without providing bag literarily supermarket choco will be better. They don't value customers and they dont have a welcome vibes. NOT RECOMMENDED. Their chocolate very normal they don't have something special just recommending you guys to go to Selfridge or harrods where they have respectful stuff that treat customer in good way and delicious chocolate that worth paying for

Great chocolate store on Victoria street, massive thanks to Karim for being professional and friendly on my visit. Would recommend people to try the hot chocolate at the store, a nice amount of choice for both shakes and hot chocolate!

This shop is nice, clean, friendly staff and they do drinks and ice cream. This time I had a strawberry and peach sundae, the ice cream was vanilla I think but tasted like some chocolate got mixed into it. It wasn't nice unfortunately.

Lots of chocolate options and there are usually always offers on such as 3 for £12 on many chocolate choices.We find the store can often be busy with people visiting and maybe wanting some hot chocolate drinks, but there is often another person to help serve.Although the chocolate isn't cheap, the quality is amazing and you get what you pay for.
