Very nice because it's quick, tasty and good quality for fast food, so I recommend this little Japanese restaurant which offers salads, soups, sushi, sashimi with the possibility of adding, for example, a soft-boiled egg to the soup. Right in the heart of London near Westminster. Original non-stop concept. It's not the big cousin but very good value for money. I agree...Vegetarian options: Well marked, no errors possible, well doneDietary restrictions: Well markedWheelchair accessibility: 3 or 2 steps to get in but the room staff can help you.

Lisa was the helpful and kind person I have ever met in a restaurant. She was understanding and very kind. Give her a raise. Thank you for this experience and be sure that I will come often to this restaurant thanks to her even though it s not in my area.

The concept is cool.Food is displayed on shelves and each person chooses what they want to eat.As you can see, we always know what we are eating. In the box we can also choose hot meals. Also looking good.Japanese food. For the concept it's good

Discovered this place by accident. Quiet place. Clean. First time to be at Itsu. Good experience. My daughter loved the giosa and the sauce.

Gyoza here is like momos in a dine-in Japanese food chain, had with chop sticks.

Delicious and fresh hot and cold dishes, plenty of seating space, and friendly attendants. Itsu is it for a quality, inexpensive lunch. Location is terrific if you are visiting Westminster.
First time here and will be back. Very helpful staff. Pick up what u want and pay for it at the automated stands or order hot food there and collect at the desk. Great selection and had salmon salad and miso soup.

Ideal lunch location for visiting Westminster abbey, it feels great to have hot miso and fresh sushi in the heart of London with reasonable price, also a decent toilet!

Great option for easy food, full of flavour and reasonably priced.

Usually fine, but there was a fault on their automated system today, with some food not appearing on it and the staff wasn't helpful at all. Left without buying anything as I didn't want to waste more time as I only had limited time for lunch.

The food is always good in Itsu but the service here was poor. You have to order through the self-service machines and when you have doubts the staff is not helpful at all. Just one toilet for men and women is an inconvenience if the restaurant is a bit busy.
