We went to Itsu in Victoria for lunch. First off, there was nobody at the counter. No staff to be seen.....they certainly weren't cleaning tables! When the staff member came to the till, our order was taken as we were told, 'stay there it's coming'. A few seconds later, our rice pots were brought out. Cold, hard, rubbery awful. We asked for the toilet code and got, 'it's not working' in a 'couldn't care less' manner. The tables were filthy, the floor was filthy, the whole place did not look cared for. I ate a few mouthfuls before binning it and leaving.

We came to itsu for a small lunch after walking in the city all morning. We were craving something warm since it was a bit chilly and saw the sign for the veggie gyoza noodle bowl. We had two of those and a cup of tea, all for about £20. The noodle bowls tasted great and really energized us. They were also ready for us immediately after ordering, so we didn’t have to wait.

Super cool cool place with a range of tasty, healthy and value options. I ordered the chicken soup which was quite tasty, mostly chicken and under 5 pounds. Larger bowls for the very hungry. Also sushi available.Highly recommend!
