Great selection of food. I have some diatery requirements and it's hard to find a place to have lunch. They have it all. The staff is super friendly and especially the manager in this particular store, she is always very helpful, understanding and knowledgeable. Great work.

I really liked the seasoning and the ready-made sushi and yakisoba options. It was a little cold but it was still good.

One evening we dropped in and it happened to be just a few minutes before the half-price sale. We started looking at what to get, being a bit indecisive. My friend had a box in his hand, checking for allergies, still deciding, me still browsing the shelves. All of a sudden, a member of staff appears right beside us, snatches the box out of my friend's hand telling us we are not allowed to touch the food until it's half past 6, unless you are willing to pay for it right away and then she takes the box of teriyaki she had just confiscated from my friend over to the till to a customer she had been serving. This was at 6:28pm or so and we just got to the store.. we hand no intention of piling up all the sushi trays and wait until the clock strikes 'half-price' time. I know this is happening all the time, yes, people do that and it is annoying, but there is no need to be utterly rude to everyone that happens to be in the store around that time and has no clue about the new 'itsu rules'.

Nice little place to stop, food was a good price but Definatly didn’t match the picture of the dish when it arrived nor was it anything special. Not sure about the chef wearing his personal coat in the kitchen when preparing food ?

I wish there was an Itsu in California, or even more places like it. And while this is not going to compare to a fancy ramen or korean spot, for a quick and easy meal, this is a great option. While it seems like they basically serve nicer (they claim healthier) cup of noodles, I will say on a cold day their soup options hits the spot. I was hoping their chili chicken gyoza bowl would have had a little more kick to it, but it still satisfied me after walking around in the cold and rain. The bao buns were also tasty. The seating was more communal, but there was a good amount of it.

I buy a salmon and avocado dragon roll bought at the London Victoria station Itsu once a week to eat on my commute by rail to Kent at lunch time after a half day’s work. It is always sheer pleasure, freshly made and generous in its filling and topping. It’s also very good value. I sit in my train seat and enjoy every minute of the meal. What a joy!
