Should have had some after the move and here you know what you're getting.However, it is not optimal that they do not serve soft drinks with sugar.They only have light Pepsi etc.

chips were cold and took 20 minutes to get my food. hygiene was appalling the chicken tasted extremely funky my table was dirty with ketchup stains and the customer service was something else. this isn't my first time too it's the same people the same problems and it's becoming a joke something needs to be done asap never coming back here again wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.

Worst KFC I have ever tasted, food was cold, I asked to exchange my gravy to warm/hot gravy, the server just gave me another pot of cold gravy and said this is the best they had. Well over priced compared to out of town KFCs and food far worse. Avoid, get a McDonalds instead, its right next door.
Been here multiple times and it is always a let down. From food to staff management needs to take a look at this location and start to fix the issues with the food and service. Compared to McDonald’s next door seems chaotic and backwards. It’s not the worst in the world but needs improvement. I feel the colonel coming back from the grave to improve this location!

Be aware that they tried adding on a size upgrade without me asking for it! Other than that, food was ready quickly, was hot and nice, though chicken coating wasn't as seasoned as others I have been to.

Ordered a fillet burger meal with two wings, soon as I finish the burger I immediately start feeling sick. Ended up with food poisoning the next day!

App failure on multiple occasions, why bother having an app if you can't make it work? Perhaps offer an alternative while it's down. Luckily there are other eateries nearby which we can all use instead. Don't think it's wise to visit this place until they get their act together. KFC standards really are going down hill if judged on this particular branch.The owners of KFC UK need to look into matters and especially this particular branch, extremely bad for the image of the brand and customer retention.
