Ordered - no receipt and no order number. Had to re-order to be told it’s a 25 minute wait. Ended up leaving having paid twice for food I never received. No way to complain on their website.

It was my friend who bought food there I would never buy it in any macdonalds.
One of my regular mcdonalds. It's most certainly the best option in central london. Very great seating choices, and a cozy design. Touchscreens always work, and the service is amazing. As soon as you sit, staff come straight to you asking you if you need your table cleaned, or how you are. But the food, is the number one here. If you want a good mcdonalds meal, you'd want to come here. Chicken nuggets, always crispy and cooked well, fries always salted perfectly and fried for the right amount of time, burgers never dry, the list could go on forever. The best choice if your coming to the city.Kid-friendliness: Very nice to children, talk to them like normal, and are nice to everyone in general.
