Bought a very tasty soup. Was mistakenly charged the eat in and not the take away price. I pointed this out and they were quick to do a refund and then recharge at the correct price. Helpful staff. NB takes a few days for a credit to reach bank unlike a debit.

I purchased my breakfast at this Pret. My battery was extremely low, I was just about to travel. None of the plug sockets in the whole store were working. I asked the member of staff if it were possible to switch them on. She was abrupt and said no. I asked her whether she could charge my phone behind the counter for a bit. She was abrupt and said no. Had she been semi-polite when taking my order, I may not have left this review. Staff made me feel like I was intruding in their home. May cancel my subscription.

The one star is for cleanliness. Otherwise I experienced extreme rudeness from more than one member of staff. I asked to "an oat cappuccino please" When my order was spoken back to me the assistant said "One cappuccino". I corrected him 'That's oat cappuccino" He then told me I had said "One" not "Oat". I corrected him again. Only to have another assistant (who I had not been talking to) say "You said one cappuccino" . To have two people flatly tell me I don't know the words that came out of my mouth on top of the fact they I am giving them my custom is beyond rude and unprofessional.Pret is one of my usual go-tos for coffee. This branch has been wiped off my list.

This Pret is located across the road from Victoria station. We came in for decaf flat white coffees which were good for a chain coffee shop.

Every time we go travelling my family will always pop into a Pret A Manger. Great selection of food and drink! Had two lots of the Christmas sandwiches over the weekend! Absolutely everything you could want in a sandwich! Lovely festive soy gingerbread latte too!!

In London, one of the largest pret a mangers in the city (at least 20), I found myself well. I recommend it for a quick meal that's a little healthier than its fast food competitors. Also valid for takeaway.All sandwiches are lighter than other chains…Great variety of sandwiches and sandwiches, to try if you've never been there. The coffee is nothing special.
