A busy Pret but still manages to have very friendly staff and enough seating that you can usually snag a seat even at busier times. Staff are not just welcoming but also very efficient - even when busy my drink is ready super quick.My suggestion - please get rid of the “queue on both sides” sign! It’s very well established that we queue to order on the left and wait for drinks on the right. I have seen multiple times people thinking they’re in the queue on the right when they’re just stuck behind people waiting for drinks.
