I've visited this coffee shop three times over the past three months - once three months ago, again a month ago, and today. Unfortunately, each time I was told that the toilet was out of order. Considering this is a well-known franchise, it's disappointing to see such a consistent issue with the facilities. While I enjoy the coffee and the ambiance, the recurring inconvenience of an unavailable restroom significantly affects the overall experience. I hope to see improvements in the future very soon, as I do frequent this location often.

Toilet not in use. Saw staff using toilet. Challenged staff that they are not working but I was told, staff only. I said, so there not broken. Still wouldn't let me use the toilet. Disgusting.

Honestly, I'm not really a Pret a manger guy, but I found myself having only this option. I decided to have breakfast here with my sister. She got a croissant which tastes pretty average (might be because we're used to italian cuisine) and I got the worst excuse of a hot chocolate. It literally tasted like dirty water. When I tried to take the plastic lid off, it broke and I spilled chocolate all over my coat. The staff looked like they were in a rush even though there were just like 1-2 customers in line, and didn't put the lid on right (Like, babe, what's the hurry?)

Horrendously overpriced. Be prepared to pay even more than the already extortionate prices if you want to actually eat inside too. Poor food options.

I have a duet vote and a pain au raisin both fine.Parking: There are parking spaces nearby but I have never tried to park there and have never seen an empty one! Not that I am looking.

Rude server who rolled her eyes when I asked her to remake my 4 year old son's hot chocolate because she made it scolding hot despite me ordering warm.

I don't really go to Pret but i'm here sitting at the branch outside vauxhall station and it is the worst branch ever. There was a hair in my latte, I took it to the manager, he said he would get me another one and went away, waited 15 mins, as i thought it was busy and may be taking time, checked with branch manager, he said oh sorry, forgot to make you another one. What the hell??? No guilt on the face, the staff has more smile and customer service skills than the bloody manager. One loo is out of service, the other one was occupied the whole time until i decided to leave, got in there, toilet seat broken and was in a complete mess. It is all down to managers, they can make the space look spotless or make it like this, worst customer service ever. So pissed that i didn't even wait to go home before leaving the comment. Never again!

It's hard to rate pret differently across the board as it's a chain that stays on brand so a fault in one is generally the same across othersHowever here there are a few problems.It's a large pret despite the entrance being small, that expands the further you walk in, and yet there is only two PowerPoints in the entire premises. Now add to that there is a girls college nearby that flood the shop with nearly half the seating and loud and disruptive, it's this prets fault? No. But it's at the mercy of it's location, so avoid break times to not get swamped with kids.A general problem with pret also is the huge price hike of all their foods , then they advertise that your subscription gives you 20% off..... from the 40% increase of their food range this year alone.However, pret staff in general are well trained and give good service as per SOPs, so no problems there overall.

Staff are in deep need of diversity and customer service training. As a frequent Pret A Manger customer who has patroned many of stores this has to be THE WORSE COFFEE SHOP. ABSOLUTE DISGRACE of staffing. The two member of staff did not communicate and non chalant about making my wife wait for 10minutes before taking her order even though no other customers were present. He then informed his female colleague (Who should be sacked) of the order. I popped next door to attend to some shopping upon my return could see my wife was still waiting for the coffee. This normally wouldn't be an issue, the reason it was IS BECAUSE SOMEONE WHO CAME AFTER MY WIFE WAS SERVED FIRST. Queried this to the Female member of staff who unapologetically said there is "no counter". This was insulting and ignorant. Simple ownership of a little mistake would have sufficed. Her colleague told her of the order. Simple case of making the order. First come first serve. I replied so you served the women first because she was the same race as you (South Asian) and my wife is black? Too which she rudely mumbled under her breath. Asked for the store managers name to which she was hesitant to give me. The whole experience has put me frequenting any Pret A Mangers in future and I will tell everyone of this incident as it was a truly sub-standard, Ignorant and totally racist incident. We are in 2023. Expect better
