Obviously Pret's staff doesn't like to deal with cash definitely prefer cards. The manager serve me at the till and between her and the employer were the most miserable people that I have ever seen... cheers up is Sunday morning ? the meaty croissants over cooked... no good ?

Couldn't understand what the guy was saying as he wasn't speaking clearly. The barista was stroppy when dealing with orders. She said she'd already made our drink and must have been stolen even though we were standing there waiting for it. I wouldn't go back here, staff are rude and plenty other places to go.

That this venue constantly had repeat customers and local traffic, led credence to it being a great place for breakfast-lunch, etc. We frequented it most days, as we found the food to be fresh, healthy, quite tasty, consistent, and very nourishing. We also found the staff to be constantly very upbeat and jovial, often remembering us and chatting personably. Highly recommended. NOTE: These restaurants can be found all over the city, even at the airport.
Really bad management, lost my receipt with toilet code on, and they wouldn't allow us to use the toilet unless we paid for another

Our 3-year-old desperately needed to use the toilet but they said we had to buy something first to get the receipt for the code. Multiple employees could have given us the code but made us wait and they were incredibly rude about it.

I like this Prett because the staff seemed very friendly. My drink took a little while however all was forgiven because the barista was very apologetic and seemed very friendly. Like most Pretts the inside seemed clean and I don’t have any complaints. It was quite noisy however due to it being right next to a main road
