We strongly advise against visiting this place. After visiting London all day, we decided to eat at this place. We didn't check the reviews beforehand and they weren't very interesting. If we had read them, we probably wouldn't have used this place. It turned out that almost all the tables were empty. We were happy to sit down peacefully. After entering the place, the woman asked if we had a reservation. We were surprised because it was after 8 p.m. and we didn't expect that a reservation would be needed at the station at that time. We said we didn't have it. We were taken to a table between two other couples where we couldn't sit down because there was no space to put the chairs away to sit. Total ignorance, lack of communication, we will never visit this place again and we will advise everyone not to use it.Everything indicates that the staff wanted to do everything to prevent us from eating there and did it on purpose.

The prezzo italian chain , they serve some lovely food , ive tried quite a lot of their menu . I used the 2-4-1 deal which made things even nicer . Service was good , lots of space and its tucked away from foot traffic which is a relief as you can have your meal in peace . ? enjoyParking: Due to the area , parking is limited.

Went to this restaurant and used the tried to use the Prezos voucher and the manager was kicking up a fuss and looking us up and down judging us for wanting to use a voucher, rude boss man all of a sudden says his vouchers aren’t working today, disgusting service wouldn’t recommended and Goodluck dealing with the difficult man as front of house.

I love Prezzo & all my local restaurants has closed so met a friend in Victoria & pre booked Prezzo for lunch. Food was very disappointing. Wrong sauce with my starter & they tried to convince it was correct even though menu clearly stated a different one. They eventually changed it. Waited quite a while for main course even though many other diners were served before us? Waited over 20 minutes after plates were cleared before we had to ask to see desert menu. Ordered lemon meringue & it tasted stale & lemon was frozen. Not happy at all with the service & food. I heard a waiter tell another customer they are closing down in 1 weeks time. I wouldn’t go back if they remained open! We both felt ignored & not even a goodbye when we left!!

Arrived here around 2.30 on a Friday afternoon and it wasn't too busy. I asked for a table for 3 and as the server was retrieving menus I politely asked for a child's menu. I was met with the server rudely staring at my daughter and asking if she was under '9'. I honestly replied that no she was 11 to which he tuted and told me the portions are small. I know the size of the portions as we eat regularly at other prezzos and their website even states a child menu is suitable up to the age of 11. He then took us to a table and instantly asks do you have any vouchers or deals to whixh I reply afirmative. He then demanded to know what vouchers and told me as of yesterday they don't accept tesco vouchers. There is no mentions of this on their website so we left and he seemed very glad. Why work in the hospitality industry if you don't know how to be hospitable.

Not the best really. Staff were rude and completely inattentive. Restaurant wasn’t even a quarter full, so no real excuse for it. Think a refresher course in customer service etiquette is definitely needed. Had to ask for my daughters drink three times after we had been served. Finally arrived after she had finished her main meal. How hard is it to make a squash? We were only a party of five. The food wasn’t to our usual standard for Prezzo either. Will not be visiting this venue again.

First bubble - the beer was good (Angelo Porretti?), second bubble - the staff were constantly busy apart from one young waiter (in a blue Prezzo shirt) who seemed to prefer leaning against the bar talking and watching the nearby table of girls. Apart from that, if this were in Italy, the nonna would be chasing the cook out of her restaurant - the bruschetta needed a saw to cut the flatbread base, the calamari was far too greasy, and the ravioli pasta was too thick and should have had evidence of a lobster bisque but just had a smattering of something creamy. Won't be back.

Couldn’t even get a table. Turned away as I was a solo diner. Bet this would not have happened shortly after Covid. They would love the business bearing in mind how much money they lost and now are closing numerous restaurants. Now everything is back to normal they are turning solo diners away. Well the manager of this restaurant is ? from these reviews it sounds like he has done this many times. He doesn’t deserve this position, he is a rubbish manager and person

Couldn’t even get a table. Turned away as I was a solo diner. Apparently they would not sit me at a table with four seats even though they had plenty of tables and a few that needed clearing. Thought they would love the business bearing in mind how much money they lost and now are closing numerous restaurants. Never happened to me before at any restaurant. Only this manager has refused me and ? from these reviews it sounds like he has done this many times. He doesn’t deserve this position, he is a rubbish manager and person. Even their complaints department agreed with me this was unacceptable and so did other diners. No wonder they are losing money.

I was ready to proper slate this place BUT after watching the staff and the restaurant and having done this job was prepared to show patience after they initially weren’t ready for us I can only say this was a FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE! The food was DELICIOUS! Served quickly and was super hot. The service, which was OUTSTANDING considering how understaffed they were. Lots of tables but very few staff! I’m not a tipper but these guys worked so hard I couldn’t not! It’s def London prices but with a meerkat deal softened the blow. After such a great time at Wicked! This totally made our evening. Give this place a chance I promise you won’t be disappointed! Thank you for tonight all those who served us you’re shoulders were def to the stone and we appreciated you.

Popped in after a long day traveling for a bite to eat and it was great. Very friendly service and the food was good. Tried the new summer menu and it was light, fresh and tasty.

This place is not recommendable, its makes uncomfortable . ? with this bad service of the waitress . You should go & find another waitress not like this ladies who's laughing because we asked if there's available unlimited pizza .

Couldn’t complain about the food as it came out quick after ordering, hot and tasted. However the service was diabolical. Had to ask after 20 min of being seated for someone to take our drinks order. Decided to order food at the same time as didn’t know how long it would take to order. Felt like it was an inconvenience. Once they arrived the waitress slammed them on the table. Food came out very quickly. Was handed the menu again for dessert but again had to ask after another 20 min to have our dessert ordered. It was fairly busy with only 3 servers however felt like we were an inconvenience. Other tables being served without asking. Won’t go back in a hurry
