As a regular visitor with my therapy dog, I cannot speak highly enough of the outstanding treatment we receive from the dedicated staff. Each day, we are greeted with warmth and respect, making our visits truly enjoyable.Recently, we encountered an unfortunate situation where a disruptive man insisted my 'animal' be removed. The staff handled the situation with grace and professionalism, calmly explaining Starbucks' dog-friendly policy. Despite facing unwarranted abuse and this man taking pictures of them and me they remained composed and focused on providing exceptional service. It's evident that the team here goes above and beyond to create a welcoming environment for all customers, including those with four-legged friends. Their commitment to exemplary customer care shines through, making each visit the highlight of my day.

Standard Starbucks...convenient location especially during cold walks nearby.

Starbucks offers quality coffee, but the experience is penalized by high prices, crowding and an impersonal atmosphere. Better to look for more authentic and convenient alternatives.Note:The review is based on a general experience and may vary by store. There are good independent coffee shops in London that offer a better experience.

Nice Starbucks with outdoor and indoor tables. Good place to people watch or take a break from walking, and very near St James station.

Lack of seating. Too many 'customers' monopolize the tables with laptops.

Really pleasant experience. Artur was easygoing and hilarious, gave us samples and helped us pick coffee as we are clueless. Would highly highly recommend this store, he made our day. Thanks :)

Nauwelijks communicatie personeel kijkt je niet aan, koffie was bitter, geen toilet aanwezig.

Been to a better Starbucks. All the staff were more concerned about chatting than helping with accessibility issues we had.Wheelchair accessibility: The door is manual and the staff didn't help when we went there.
