It is very nice venue, clean and inviting and comfortable - would use again if I was in the vicinity.

Low customer service experience.\\nLady behind the till with obvious high temper, demanding customer names (names are automatically printed on the stickers for orders through the app) and pulling a face to them to any comment from them.\\nThen, I had to wait last in the collection queue for my drink (possibly team spirit required to punish me?) and to my question that all customers after me had been served before me, the response was that cold drinks are delivered first (no sense, no rule like that exists).\\n\\nSad for a such huge brand for allowing the staff at each branch to run the business with their own rules.

I've visited this Starbucks a few times now on a little detour from the tube platform to the office for my shaken brown sugar iced espresso oat milk longest coffee name in the world.\\nThe staff are super friendly, helpful and kind - really what you need before a potentially mundane office day when you're so used to working from home!

The ladies there are not hospitable and frankly a bit rushed.\\nFirstly, I ordered a flat white and gave my reusesble mug, I then showed my blue light card and the lady at the till said I can’t use both discounts of a reusable cup and blue light- which is absurd because every other Starbucks I’ve been to, I’ve used both. The second thing she said was blue light only give 10p off which again I know is not true- it’s usually 10%, either way I let it go.\\nThen I asked for a flat white which is a short drink and got my full mug filled up, I questioned this and the lady just poured half the drink away and gave me back the cup with some of the coffee dripping down. Very bad service- I didn’t get the right order nor was the right discount applied.

Not only their coffee but also their service is top notch. They pay attention to customers and make sure they’re served to their satisfaction. Great place a grab a cup of coffee and some snacks.

Sooz was very nice and helpful at Starbucks she even helped me with directions to a platform at the station as well. Very very knowledgeable with the menu that she even recommended a drink that is now my favourite, the Forget-me-not! Oh and Ikram the 5 star worker who was very funny, what a joker?. Mahim came last minute he has a nice name I guess…
Came here yesterday and was served by Mahim. He was very polite and communicated well with me to ensure my drink was made just as I like it. He also informed me about the seating upstairs which is really comfortable. Got my drink quickly and had a great experience. Will definitely be back.

Will go again.I only popped in to get take-away cappuccinos, but I was struck by how friendly Mr Khan was. The cappuccinos were wonderful too! Me and my husband are your new regular customer because of lovely Mr Khan.

I popped in here this morning quite early thinking may not be open just yet but the young lady was already at the till ready to serve me as she’d already spotted me. That service is second to none! We had a good old chat. I forgot to ask for her name but I asked a lot of questions about espresso coffee and soya milk so hopefully she’ll know who she is :) you was so lovely, thank you for listening and talking to me this morning. The nicest young women to ever serve me coffee!

I’ve falling in love as of late with eggnog lattes but they are made differently each time depending on who makes them. The one from here was so milky that I couldn’t even drink it. There was no flavour whatsoever. Sadly I had to bin it. Hopefully I’ll strike lucky again and it will be made perfectly again.
