First time I visited after Covid. I was really excited visiting the lounge again and popping in for a complimentary cup of coffee. To my dismay the lounge is now partly turned into a bank and provides no self service coffees and teas anymore, as the lady that greeted me as I arrived was very clear that a hot drink was totally off limits as there were no staff to serve me.As this was my first visit since Covid and I had not been informed that the lounge was not really in use,...read full review

Had abit of an issue where I visited this branch to deposit money and the machine had basically swallowed up my money and didn’t go into my account. I contacted them over the phone and Meeta handled everything so well! Meeta was incredibly polite, communicated and reassured me throughout the whole process and was faster than expected. Took a day to resolve. Great service once again!
