Great souvenir tea store. Not a restaurant to drink tea, only purchase. A wide selection to choose from and very delicious. The staff were helpful and the prices were fair for a tourist area. Very close to Buckingham Palace.

I shopped for various items at the end of May 2023.Among them, watermelon flavored instant tea is refreshing and sweet and really delicious when you drink it cold when it's hot! ! ! Since it is powdered tea, you can adjust the sweetness to your liking and it is easy to make.If I go to London again, I want to buy a lot of them! !In Japan, you can't buy cheaply because the shipping cost is much higher than the actual product if you buy it from a website.I really want them to open a branch in Japan! ! please! ! !

Lovely store, there are little jars filled with each tea type so you can smell it to get an idea of what it is before you buy it which is very useful! Staff are very helpful and approachable and I love the samples they have in the middle of the store. Had to get something for my mum for mothers day as she loves the tea here, would definitely come again to get myself something next time.

We love Whittard teas, and have tried at least twenty of them, from Earl Grey to whisky tea, passionfruit tea, spice tea, christmas tea, white tea...I had been ordering for several years.We haven't found such variety and quality in any other brand. I hope that shipments to Europe and France will resume soon...
