Was really looking forward to this meal as reviews seemed good, but theWhole experience was bad! For a start we waited 40 mins for 2 dishes, Brown stew chicken and the curry goat...still feeling relatively excited not realising the wait ahead. .started to nod to the music before realiaing pure profanity..now I love my bashment and reggae, but in a resturaunt, I do not want to hear 40 minutes of womens underneat and hoodtop profanity!! No service at all whilst waiting..no cutlery no drink offers nothing at all...asked how long for foos told 2 mins it comes 10 mins later...ASKED for cutlery to eat the mealAnd ordered drink..that took 10 mins too..comes and is wrong drink!curry goat looks great...it isn't!!Its badly seasoned and tastes like lemons!! Was cooked well though but could not be fully eaten. Stodgy tiny dip cup of plaintain is ridiculous!!Brown stew is almost black with browning, no veg visable in it! Also couldnt be eaten...All in all we spent just over £50 and it was AWFUL I do not reccomend!

This was my first Visit to Coconut Palm , as a Vegetarian I order the Veggie Curry rice&peas with a little Cabbage with a nice polite lady at the counter I waited around 6/7min for my order . It was well worth the wait the curry was soooo Tasty full of various veg a plenty of flavour, the food was fresh nice was fluffy. Definitely will be recommending an returning Myself !Much Appreciated XVegetarian options: They do an Amazing Veg Curry! Try it u won’t be disappointed! ?

Ordered £40 worth of food yesterday and it was DISGUSTING! The chicken was tough like it had been cooked days ago. It smelt like it had gone off. Stewed chicken however unfortunately had gone off!Waste of money!

I must have half 500g of white rice and 4 pieces of oxtail. 2.5 of was just born with a bit of gravey o the rice. I am very disappointed, wont be ordering or getting food from there again

Overall, £17.00 was steep. Very disappointed for 2 guiness punch, and a slice of a small sponge cake.Sorry, want be travelling there again in a hurry.

Where to begin. I turned up after 30 minutes they said it would take for the food to be prepared. It wasn't ready. I was then asked if I wanted it warmed up, why would I want my takeaway food to be cold?! So they microwaved it. This took another 15 - 20 minutes. I get home and unpack everything in the bag and there is a food item missing. The flavour of the food was ok. The curry goat was almost entirely bones and sauce, very little meat. I won't be ordering from here again and I wouldn't recommend it if anyone asks if i know a place.

Amazing authentic Jamaican food , this shop is the real deal ! Closest thing to mothers cooking - the curry goat is to die for ! The pepper prawns are nice and spicy and full of flavour!
