Really enjoyed my stay. Today was super cold and I needed something hot to drink until my train came. Ordered a large hot drink and the staff was super nice and made my drink quick. The atmosphere was quiet and perfect. Very simple snack

Efficient yet surly service. Having locked myself out on Sunday morning I decided to wait in Costa with a toasted sandwich, a slice of cake and a coffee, served by surly young barista. My polite request to borrow a pen and paper to leave a note was met with a dismissive "see the woman at the counter" by the other surly woman wiping thr table. I had already sat down and the queue had at least 3 people waiting. I won't be returning.

I’ve been coming to this particular Costa for the last 3 years. The staff is amazing everyone in the shop is kind and welcoming. I also want to thank a member of staff called Gabrila, (Blonde lady with glasses) She started this journey with me, she’s the first staff member that served me 3 years ago . She’s become such a role model, and she is definitely keeping the place together. Very good team leader skills. Very satisfied with this Costa A*Kid-friendliness: The children have a lovely selection of goodies and they are approached with respect

Customer service in a lot of costa branches is really poor, but this one is by far the best costa I’ve ever been too. Both members of staff today were lovely, welcoming and made good coffee. Keep it up.

Ordered a Large Latte yesterday Thursday 8 December 2022 through 'Just Eat' for delivery and a few other items. Haven't done an order for quite a while now for Costa (months) and unfortunately, they didn't have my usual, Cappuccino or any extra shot coffee available. It was the worst coffee I've ever tasted in my life, it had a strange bitter and rancid flavour to it, something was very wrong and off with that coffee yesterday and I wouldn't be surprised if mine was not the only complaint or bad review about the coffee. I would have given no stars if there was that option, I had to spit it out then throw the rest away and Costa Coffee is not cheap, so won't be ordering fron them again. What a waste of money and no way of getting a refund as the only options on 'Just Eat' for it were "your food/drink wasn't delivered", "they got the order wrong" or "item missing" and if you "weren't happy with it, they told you to "leave a Review" - rip off!
