I was looking to get a dominos pizza and when I wake into the store to order my pizza I was told that Domino's pizza now does not take cash payment. I did not get a sorry sir. So I will not be getting any Domino's pizza even more.

Went to make an order last night (collection) the customer service is ridiculous, I walked in there was no hi may I take your order or anything the 3 men completely ignored me as if I weren't there even though I was standing at the counter, for one of them to ask me after about 8minutes do I have an order I said no but I'd like to order to then get told I couldn't get the offer I received in my letterbox about any size for £5 collection only

I order a tuna pizza from Dominos in Catford and despite he made me wait on collection for a while and only asking me questions he finally cut m pizza in slices but it was cold and ABOVE ALL HE DIDN'T PUT CAPERS AND BLACK OLIVE DESPUTE HE CHARGED ME FOR IT AS A TUNA PIZZA. I HAD A COLD SO HAVING A TAKE AWAY AND TODAY I PHONED THEM N HE SAID HE CANT DO NOTHING ABOUT IT BUT TO SEND A PICTURE TO THE HRAD OFFICE, IF I WAITED TO TAKE A PHOTO IT WOULD HAVE BEEN COLDER AND I WAS LOOKING TO SEE IF CAPERS AND BLACK OLIVES WHERE IN ANOTHER SLICES BY EATING THEM AS IT COULD GAVE BEEN HIDEN IN AND NOT VISIBLE BUT NOT AT ALL.VERY BAD EXPERIENCE AND THEY DONT WANT TO BE RESPONSIBLE.ITS A PITTY AS I JUST WANTED TO TRY FROM THEM AS I ALEAYS HAVE OIZZA FROM SOMEONE FURTHER AWAY!

I asked for large pizza I got medium and I didn't get a plastic bag to put the pizza I had to carry them walking on the road.

Not impressed!!!.I ordered online a vegan American hot pizza with bbq base, called after an hour, was told will be another half hour as they very busy, this turned out to be another 45mins so 1hr 45mins in total. The pizza when delivered was luke warm, had to put it back in the oven at home, started to eat when realised it wasn't bbq based as ordered or printed on the label on the pizza box!No communication from restaurant to advise of how busy they were as the app/tracking just seemed to be stuck on the same thing so had to keep refreshing.....I fully understand and appreciate it can get busy at times but this was just very bad customer service and disappointing!

This is how they sent the food for my little boy to eat.He tried 1 slice out of it but it was so dry with no base that I had to call up and complain.The manager refused to change it and her manner was absolutely disgusting.It was like biting into cardboard.I would have had a lot more to say about the manager's Attitude but I have to keep it professional as I'm a professional Google reviewer.Needless to say, I will be taking this furtherI'm very disappointed because I used thisDomino's all the time and never had to complain like this before.

I ordered online and paid for vegan pepperonay with pineapple topping. The pizza came without the pepperoni and it was soggy and lukewarm
Was a bit apprehensive after reading the reviews (after I had already ordered online) but can say the food was very tasty (the cheeseburger pizza was especially delicious) and the delivery driver was very friendly! Would order again, shame about the bad reviews

Ordered pizza, I was waiting 1 hr and half, when I called them ,they said they don't have driver. I got my money back after 2 weeks, I had to make so many calls to get my money back.

Hi everyone it's been a while since I posted and I am really in shock as I still have not been paid by my previous employer "Catford -Dominos" nobody has contacted me nobody has cared about my wellbeing my anxiety and my health I previously spoke to the manager and he was very rude and un caring I'm at the point where I'm still thinking about this everyday it might be just a pay to you but I worked my a** off for this I'm a good worker hard worker and good employee why am I being treated like this. Is anyone else at dominos, customers or employee feeling the same way let me know get in contact.
