Dirty tables, over flowing bins.. But the worst is the delivery drivers sitting inside making so much noise and the staff don't do anything about it. Very off putting. Plus the burger was small.

You want a good experience please don’t go to this one in catford. The food on the menu is limited and the staff completely totally rude and disrespectful. I hope something gets done about this because I do love kfc.

I went in cos I was craving a wrap and popcorn chicken..... cashier was pleasant and my order was in my hands at a reasonable time.....

Staff not being polite to customers and constantly being noisy by arguing among themselves.Toilets have been “broken” every time I visited for the last 2 years.Not coming back here for a long time.
never recieved food, driver mohammed/branch didnt follow notes of where to deliver and stopped answering phone, uber eats have charged, will be taking further action

I ordered a 3 piece meal and out of all the parts the whole fowl has you sent me 3 drumsticks are you people crazy I threw it in the dam bin won't be ordering again..kmdt

There seemed to be plenty of staff, especially in the back - kitchen. The member of staff serving was very slow, and the restaurant was not busy. Also, I noticed that the staff who were cooking and preparing food were not wearing gloves.Overall though, the food was very nice, we have eaten there before and it tasted fresh.Also, the toilets have been out of order for both visits we have made there.
