There was a very long wait time, the staff were not very friendly and the desserts we wanted were unavailable. McDonald's is always a kids favourite, but this wasn't a great experience.

There's also ample parking.Vegetarian options: Veggie burger and a mcplantParking: The parking is free up to a certain time, but I'm not sure what the time limit is.Kid-friendliness: Kiddie meal is available. There is space for people with prams and push chairs. High chairs are also available.

Don't go there. Service is very slow and food was cold, I didn't complain because I'd end up waiting even longer. Also there were no receipts given so I couldn't complain online as I would need my receipt number. Clever, Clever. ??.

Too much time waited for order.Even if tried do it on app they haven't prepare it until I got there.So waste of time .Had just one option of iced frappe .Not ideal .
I ordered via the McDonalds app for delivery from this store. I ordered a burger, fries and a drink. ONLY A DRINK was delivered. Customer service refused to refund my full order and delivery charge. Worst customer service ever.

I usually love going here for a quick breakfast, but when I went on Sunday 27th August I was given a Mcmuffin which had an u very undercooked egg in it. It was really watery. Not great when you're expecting a baby! I would have taken it back but was in a rush. Usually this is my fave place for McDonalds. Staff should check the food is cooked before giving it out.

You don't get what you order. Food takes forever both inside and drive through. You have to check your orders twice before leaving.

For some reason, the monitor that I used, was not printing receipts and by the time I became aware of this, I hadn't memorised my order number. I went to the counter and explained this to one member of staff who told me my order had not come up and advised me to stand to the side and wait. Having waited, I then spoke to another member of staff, who was able to access my order and arrange for it to be processed. When I asked the first member of staff, why he hadnt attempted to access my order - his response was 'I didn't know how to'. I was left bemused as to why, he didn't ask a colleague rather than, just leave me standing there. This is not the first time, that I have been to McDonalds to find that the monitor is not working and doesn't encourage me, to use them in future, let alone, return to McDonalds!!
