This is a great Wetherspoon’s (especially compared to the other Wetherspoon’s down the road…?)! Very polite, friendly staff. Nice curry ? on a Thursday (the onion bhajis are the best). There a definitely a variety of punters - that’s London! Natalie (a member of management) was very receptive when I offered feedback (before she knew if it’d be positive or negative!) and her appreciative reaction was lovely! I confess that I people-watch and from the outside in, there seems to be good banter amongst staff, and the positivity trickles down to customers. Oh, I almost forgot to mention: this Wetherspoons is clean. I don’t feel like I’m going to catch something if I sit on a seat there - unlike in other pubs I’ve visited…!

Warm welcome! Always a smile a please and thankyou. Warm as toast in the winter with amazing sumptuous toilets that must have been renovated recently, feels like a spa! Cuisine second to none, recommend the buttery fresh made mash potato that is creamy and smooth! Has hints of rosemary and horseradish. Interesting well read customers always open to a conversation on Keynesian economics or debates on philosophy and history

Chicken curry was nice. The inly issue is that they had tun our of chocolate in the hot drinks machine, hence I could not have a mocha. Tgere was also not chocolate dust. ?
