Federico literally started shouting at me in front of everybody when I asked him why he couldn’t accept my cup (as I do everyday) and I am forced to accept his paper one. Shouldn’t they use gloves to protect themselves and us?\\nDefinitely last time in Nero!

Wow, what can I say.....the coffee here is very good but recently stopped to get a bottle of water, one of the small one's that evian sell for 65p or similar......I picked through most of the warm bottles and handed it to the man serving who held out his hand and said £1.55 please. 😮 I nearly choked....if I wasn't so thirsty I'd of gone somewhere else. I opened the bottle to drink some and almost spat it out....... it's tap water at best.
I think Nero need to take a look at themselves and their prices, in Sainsbury's/Tesco you can get a 2ltr bottle of evian for £1........2ltrs compared to your ridiculous price for such a small bottle.

I love Nero coffee but this branch sucks. They need to listen to their Customers. Dash of milk means a dash, not half a cup. Stay clear if you want a dash when you’re dashing for your train.
