One particular staff member is so rude, even though she misheard my order as she was distracted. She still got confrontational and rude about it, which made me feel very uncomfortable. No apology for the mistake neither

Was my local Caffe Nero until rude staff put me off totally. Somedays in a good mood other days just stroppy. They at times close the machine 15 minutes before closing time.Parking: No parkingWheelchair accessibility: not much space tables too close
