Staff were very quick, there was a big queue and they worked so efficiently to get people served and out the door. I was very impressed with this and the high level of service I got. Thank you!

Went in yesterday evening and ordered a coffee to take away, people who ordered after us were served but we had to remind them about our order after they served two customers who had paid / ordered after us !!!, Felt ignored and did not have a good feeling about this.

Not the most cheerful barristers. They also have none customer skills or maners.Ordered a hot panine and a coffee thinking I would be enjoying it in a warmer and cosy seat. However soon I sat down I have been told that they were closing that area.Nevertheless to say that the other area which basically has 3/4 tables were fully. So I ended up eating and drinking standing next to a hall. What's more apaling is the lack of empathy or can I say common sense from the female barrister . Couldn't I be told when ordered that they will be closing soon ? Or couldn't I be told to eat my nice and hot panine sat down for 5/10 minutes??I mean all they need is having common sense and extraordinary customer services .

Great location and decent coffee made to order. Staff were friendly and charming. Though for the late morning shift appeared to only be one member there (late Nov/ early Dec). So order took a while and people started to get frustrated and left the queues.

Best coffee of the big chains, I think. Service is nice and efficient. Shop is old and tired with upstairs closed. Several Nero cafes have closed down in my area. Maybe because few of them get refurbishments and so don't look great.

Caffè Nero express was very good and quite. Very useful for people enjoying their privacy.
