Always visit when we come to London excellent service, polite staff. The guy who served us was like a mini superman as he was on his own got a little busy for a sunday morning flow through the queue well done

Terribly rude employee served at the till. She was yelling customers to queue up or she would not serve. There’s a nicer café next door.

The service was very slow. They had ran out of ketchup although they are next door to a Tesco express. I asked for cream on my drink and I didn't get any. Seats were quite uncomfortable and cracked. Overall not a positive experience this time.

me and my friend both had the same drink ( iced latte,)from the costa in Waterloo station .About 5 minutes later we felt violently unwell and were very sick afterwards . The drinks where made within one minute so I’m not sure what they had done but do not go here as it made me very unwell

The drinks were ok but took a long time to come to us and they seemed to forget part of our order. I also had to go back as they had forgotten to give us the Malteser bunnies that came with our drinks. There was no apology. The additional seating upstairs is handy but completely souless! There were no windows so you could have been anywhere!

The Costa coffee has recently re opened after refurbishment, a lot of new staff and not good at their job, it took three members of staff to make a basic coffee drink to get it right, and after two attempts it was still far from perfect, I will and advised friends to return to another well known coffee shop at the station

Was not long before closing but they still allowed to drink in, which was very kind of them. Both the lad and girl who served us Thursday night 12th Jan were both happy hard working polite and made mine and my husbands visit an enjoyable one. So thanks guys. ?
