Fantastic family burger meal out last night, before a special treat West End show. We just love GBK. Not been for a while, and I’m not a frequent reviewer, but GBK Waterloo smashed the food and service yesterday. We were looked after by Aguilero (spelling?) the manager, who was super friendly - but not OTT - and gave helpful explanations for several of GBK’s more unusual sauces. Our burgers and a chicken dish were cooked to perfection. Great food, perfect service and lovely shakes. The Malbec was pretty decent too. Great team delivery. Many thanks?

I cannot have dairy of soya, so I asked about what was available for me on the menu - so I was told to get the chicken burger but without the bun,- naked which comes with salad and slaw, then I was told I also cannot have the slaw and also cannot have the fries. So all I had was a sad looking piece of thin chciken and some old looking lettuce leaves - no other salad just some leaves and I was charged £10.50 for this dish.Dietary restrictions: If you have a dairy and soya allergy don’t go here as all the vegan options have soya in so you cannot have anything not even the fries.

10/10. The staff couldnt have done more for us ( Paulina and chef Dawid) Place is spotlessly clean. Will deffo return the next time I am in London. Highly recommended ?
