Amazing selection of chocolates ?

The chocolates are expensive and the staff will make complaints about you to your employer for no good reason. I cannot recommend this branch. The one near Liverpool St Station is much better.

Very lovely lady behind the counter was very helpful and I was very impressed with the visit to the shop. Great selection of sweet gifts or just fancy snacks for all occasions. Conveniently situated in the centre of the station concourse.

I absolutely LOVE this chocolate, even though it's quite expensive... I still think it's worth buying it once in a while!! I came to the Waterloo store to buy my items and I was helped by a very nice and friendly lady. I highly recommend to visit this branch. Best regards. Luana.

The shop was closed and being cleaned but Martin and. Jason had not yet closed the final gate .. it was Friday end end of the week why means you Ben more that they stopped everything to serve us .. they were so kind and helpful and we couldn’t not have been more impressed and thankful

Cake was stale & staff were miserable. Coffee was ok. One half of the seating area has no lights. Dark, cold & horrible with a series of mangey pigeons pecking the crumbs off the table. My 5 year old didn’t seem to mind though - he makes everything seem ok :-D

This is easy to miss as it is upstairs on the balcony, however it is much quieter here and there are plenty of place to sit. Our server was very helpful and friendly. Food and drinks up to the usual Benugo standard.

What a joke!! A coffee and bacon roll! Left standing around while they chit chatted amongst themselves. No please no thank you no manners!! It felt like I should apologise for spending my money with then while trying to spend my money!! With the choices available in Waterloo youd be best off using one of them!

Stopped at Benugo on the balcony/mezzanine floor at Waterloo station after arriving from Waterloo East. The food looked good, but the sandwich came microwaved and was just a soggy mess. Coffee was all foam and little liquid. Plus I had to fight off pigeons. Whilst the food was eatable and the coffee was drinkable, this price was not cheap and I don’t think I will be revisiting.

The woman who served us made our day! Made a great hot chocolate and made us laugh. Over all brilliant service

I stopped to have breakfast as I waited for friends. The normal English breakfast was swimming in fat. I informed the waitress when she came to ask how my breakfast was, but she just walked away! The real orange juice was very nice though

Stopped for a breakfast. Good selection of items. I had the porridge with banana and cacao and cinnamon. Couldn't taste the cinnamon and it wasn't warm. Had to ask them for a new one but instead the reheated my one in the microwave for far too long and made it very dry and yuky. They also left my wooden spoon in the porridge, so it really was inedible in the end. My friend had a tasty sausage cob which was good. Staff were okay.

Food is really tasty, coffee is good and the staff is absolutely amazing! Pigeons not well trained but you can feed them and just enjoy their company free of charge. Absolutely one of my favourite pet cafes in London!

Stopped here for a quick breakfast. Very disappointing food and drink. I wouldn’t recommend at all. Find a Greggs much better value.
