Lovely place to escape the hustle and bustle of London bridge. I found eating in there peaceful and tranquil. The food came in 1 minute and was warm and delicious. I was going to give it a 5 star until I got home and found in the bag it was missing 2 things. I am physically disabled so I asked a male employee for help. It looked as though he had helped me but like I said in the bag when I got home found 2 things missing. Not good experience next time I go to Guy's hospital for an appointment will not be going there as I have been going regularly to Guy's hospital for medical appointments since 2019 had passed this place and thought I would treat myself to some sushi as I can't make it myself anymore due to pain. Sushi wasn't good as well. I got taught by Japanese people to make sushi. Rice wasn't even shiny so no fan going on when they included the rice vinegar. Make it yourself quicker and nicer.

Food was nice- can’t fault it at all. Have given a 3 star rating only because my daughter was accused of stealing her meal by the bald guy working there. She showed him her receipt straight away and he didn’t even apologise yet made a scene in front of other People there!I understand mistakes can happen but he dealt with it in the wrong manner. I told him nicely that he could have apologised and his answer was “why should I apologise, I thought she didn’t pay”Disgusting attitude. He clearly shouldn’t be working in retail as has no people skills.
