DeliciousIt's extremely salty and I don't think I can control it.

I order a mighty bucket for one person, which is supposed to have 6 pieces. But when I got home, I only got 3 lmao :)

Do NOT buy from this store. My friend bought a six-piece combo with a few sides for 10 and they only gave him 3. 3 pieces of chicken for 10??? You deserve to go out of operation and you also deserve the 1-star ratings people’s been giving you ?

Loved everything, tried a lot of alternatives, absolutely lives up to expectations! Very satisfied! Mahesh the Team leader and satay was very kind with the costumers and really effective with the orders. Food was also awesome!

Less than average KFC.Tried the new sweet chilli bites. Such a disappointment, four tiny pieces of chicken dipped in sauce and definitely not worth the money in my opinion. The rest of the food was as you’d expect from them. However, the premises are filthy with no staff cleaning tables for the next customer and the toilets are absolutely disgusting. It reeks of urine and there was no toilet paper.Customer service is nonexistent. I asked for the baby change toilet to be opened and was told literally “toilet doesn’t flush, use the other one” pointing at the one unisex toilet where there’s no chance a pushchair with a baby fits inside. Only after having to explain I need to use the baby change table and physically point at my child did she come to open the door and just as I had suspected, it’s a decent toilet, clean with no nasty smells. And the toilet does flush. I can only assume now, the staff tell customers the disabled/baby-change toilet is “out of service” to conveniently have a clean toilet for themselves rather than doing their jobs and cleaning at regular intervals. It’s no wonder most customers get their food to takeaway.Wheelchair accessibility: The sitting area is very small and not suitable for wheelchairs. But there is a ramp to get in and a disabled toilet.

Popped into this KFC during my lunch break. The seating accommodates around 30 people,it could be more. It is a smaller environment and rectangular in terms of the floor plan. They have two interactive menu boards, in addition to service provided at the counter. From the time of order to receiving my meal, it took approximately 10 mins. I requested a specific piece of chicken in my meal, which was accommodated without any attempt to deny my request. I often find KFC branches tend to dictate what you can and can not have in terms of selected pieces of chicken. This was not the case at this branch. Overall, the meal was good..I dined in on this occasion and noted that the cleaner was present to clean the tables as soon as a table was made available. KFC borough seems to be well run.Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance is acceble from. The main street.

Zinger burger wasn’t cooked consistently, half of it was like biting into cardboard. Chicken popcorn is usually just reheated unless you are lucky and it’s fresh. Wings are nice but very watery. Fries are usually good.

Decent food it’s kfc so what do you expect but the toilet resembles a back alley crack den and the tables seasoned with scraps. Not that bad but could do with a visit from Vanesa

Terrible service, filled my pepsi up only halfway and didn’t have any straws or sauce. Chicken was grey in colour and no flavour.

It’s very disrespectful when you have a customer in front of you that doesn’t speak your language and you continue to speak in front of them in your language. Where is the customer service? This is really unprofessional I wish you take a lesson from this and if you’re not aware then you need to take some customer service lessons!

Filthy toilets. Looked like a horror scene in a film. No soap or paper. Gravy is very watered down.
