The McDonald's was fine, I could use my code without any problems. However, I have not received my receipt. The staff was very helpful when it was necessary to find a motorcyclist from Deliveroo who blocked my car from behind. They also forced him to go to his motorcycle before getting his order. I am grateful them for this.

The worst McDonalds we’ve ever been to. We got completely warm drinks (and which should be cold) and even after giving them back (a sorbet guests did too), so e got new warm soft drinks. The food, which should have been warm, but as completely cold and not eatable. Was probably staying there for 30 minutes and the staff didn’t want to make new ones.

Don't come here. The employees are clueless. The food is dead. You'd think they could make proper fries but no they were also dead. They got our order wrong and didn't even do anything. ALL STAFF RUDE. I went to the drive through, the lad on the mic taking orders had zero customer service, he opened with "what do you want to order" then didn't say anything until "next window" at the end, when I came to pay he just stuffed the receiver out the window and said nothing.When I asked the lady at the next window for something to stir my coffee with, she said "use your nose mate" then handed me a spoon. I guess she was having a dig at my nose, I should have slewed her back with a comment about how outrageously FAT she was, but I held it down.You don't expect to be treated like that, utterly ridiculous.Not to mention the whole place was an utter state, laughing gas cannisters and rubbish everywhere. Do better

Visited for McFlurries and apple pies at 04:45, fifteen minutes before breakfast. As is all too common it seems McFlurries were not available despite the breakfast menu not starting or being available for another fifteen minutes. So, using the MyMcDonalds app on my phone I ordered 4 apple pies (for me and my housemates, honest!) and a large fries - a poor substitution for the unavailable McFlurries I’d been hoping for.Once the order was received by staff behind the counter, I was summoned to speak with a server. I was then informed that apple pies were also unavailable. No offer for me to wait while some were dropped in the frier for my order was made. Instead they hoped I would accept a cold sweet item substitute. This was not acceptable to me given the absence of the McFlurries from the menu also. I reluctantly had to resign myself to not getting anything I’d actually hoped for and just asked for the fries and for the apple pies to be refunded. Disappointing all in all.I understand there is a change in menu at this time of the mornings, but it’s a 24hr/7 day business. Either plan the menu changes and menu option availabilities better and ensure these changes are made to the online systems so they are consistent or even better, just available at the advertised times or close the restaurant for half an hour while the change over to breakfast menus is effected.It is not clear or obvious to me or others as customers why at some arbitrary point after midnight the restaurant should turn off the McFlurry/milkshake machine when the menu states it’s products should be available. The menu design suggests to me that the McFlurries and milkshakes should be available until the breakfast menu becomes available at 5am. Surely the machine should not be turned off until 5am and cleaned then. Instead it seems the convenience for the staff supersedes the advertised service offered to customers. This seems to me to be very much against the supposed McDonalds customer service culture we’re all less to believe the company/franchise stands for.

I don’t know wargwarn for the girl at the drive thru that is taking orders. Typical attitude and for what? If you don’t want to be serving people go look another job. Typical stereotypical black girl with a chip on her shoulder feeding the stereotype. I’m not the one trust me.

Honestly, what a joke, my last 4 orders arrived wrong.... I ordered drinks, 3 cheeseburger, donughts and more.... and only 1 cheeseburger has arrived....same issues on my last 3 previous.... never again, burger King, I'm back !!!!

“Fast food” but you always have to wait an hour for your food. Every person in the drive through was sent to wait for their food: not exactly fast food … this happens everytime I go old Kent road McDonald’s

I was standing at the till for a very long time waiting for someone to take my order… I said hi hello is someone gonna take my order, the staff at the front told me to order it at the machine as no one wanted to take my order coz they was busy. I said I’m standing here in front of the till and none of the staff wanted to take my order what a joke…and persisted me to go order at the machine, the worse service I’ve ever had in mc ds rude staff very unprofessional plus they still got my order wrong. Staff need a lot more professional training learn about customer service!

I craved for the new McDonalds steakhouse stack after seeing the ad posters. I went into to quench my craving but it fell below my expectations. The banana shake was very delicious though.Parking: New shopping centres so has ample parking.
