Went in to order a pizza to take home, ordered then we wanted to pay in cash and clerk said no card only. So we left and will not return until they change this ridiculous cashless policy.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CLOWNSI ordered from these guys and it was the worst pizza. Undercooked, cheese was hardly melted and it was so beige from where it was clearly rushed through the oven as the order was 40 mins late.The dough was not cooked, when I tried to call no one answered and you can't complain on the app.

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM HERE!! We ordered pizza to wait 2 hours for it to be delivered, STONE COLD. They have a shortage of drivers and will not refund you after delivering inedible food. Honestly, the process to apply for a refund is beyond a joke. It’s taking me weeks to claim back a lot of money for pizza that couldn’t even be eaten. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, I would give no stars if I could.I need to add that the team there are awful, no customer service skills whatsoever

Very racist staff who intentionally gave us beef on our pizza even though we ordered a vegetarian spicy veg feast. He did not even apologise for his mistake.Vegetarian options: They give you meat even if you order vegetarian

I had a very bad experience here after telling them 100 times about taking the precautions still i got hair in my garlic bread and service was so bad and the manager was so normal and acting so cold. They offered us garlic bread but we refused it. We don’t want the food or money back. It just they were not taking care of the hygiene.Wouldn’t not recommend you all to eat hairy pizza’s. They need to improve its in tower bridge. They were literally refusing everything we asked for.Also, they refused to gave us meal and told us to order online. We were hungry man!! That’s not how it works!

My visit: The store laimed to be open till 2am, so we drove quite a distance to get there, got there at 1230am, queued up at with some uber drivers for a while. Then the guy making pizzas asked if we "were there for collection". I said "yes I'd like to order a pizza to collect", then he told us he was closed, despite having 90 mins till the advertised closing time. He also had dough in his hands the staff were blatantly still all there and making pizza. No explanation was offered. Left frustrated and hungry and miles from home. Won't return to this branch

the food was as about as good as the customer service, absoluetly appaling. the only good thing about this place is how it looks and even then it still looked dated to this day even as it has been changed up since the last time i have been there. one of the men who was at the front area as of 02/08/23 around 7-8pm who glanced at me and my dad, waited 5 minutes after a online order and approaches the computer thinking that we might get served but after 1 minute of using it he decides to walk away and had to wait another 5 minutes before actually getting served with not the best english. overall if you want a good expierence go to somewhere like mcdonalds its luxuary compared to this place.

Went for a pizza with friends, the order took some time to arrive. Not sure if there were many pending orders or they were understaffed. The pizza was good.They don't have enough seating for big groups, also there was no restroom.
I ordered for papadias and I received chicken. This is absolutely ridiculous!!!!

The worst pizza shop in london, most of the pizzas are taking more than hour to reach to customer, unprofessional staff, i order a pizza and i got it afterhours then asked uber friver what was the issue for delay, he said manager and another uber driver (from bangladesh) playing there, this bengali uber driver paying cash to manager and kepting his 3 phones with the restaurant each time when there is a new order manager is accepting it for him and the driver taking one by one that causing the delay, it is absolutely pathetic because its all happening with the help of manager, he is all doing and delaying his restaurant food for sake 10 a day from a driver.Never ever order from here through online apps

I had ordered originally from JustEat at midnight. On JustEat it stated that I'd receive my order at 1:05am however I waited till 1:30am but the order didn't arrive. I contacted Just Eat next morning but they said that there is nothing they can do (absolute disgrace from Just Eat). But then I contacted the Papa John's store. They stated that they hadn't even received any order through JustEat on their side. I offered to come to the store. The gentleman at the counter was very understanding and helpful. Once I showed him my original Just Eat order, he made a note and prepared my order there and then.Therefore, although a shambolic experience from Just Eat's customer service, Papa John's service was amazing.For anyone ordering in the future, I would recommend either ordering by going directly to the store or ordering via their own app/website rather than going through another platform (like JustEat).Dietary restrictions: I am vegan and they are very accommodating with multiple vegan options.
