If you have any issues with your pizza you may as well stick your head in the oven, as this branch for some reason do not resolve any issues, and will just lie to get you off the phone. Waited over 1hour to be told they wanted us to come and collect it despite it being paid for delivery. Amazing it then turned up two hours later even though we had cancelled and they still haven’t given back refund even though pizza stone cold and refused delivery. In short if for some reason you wake up and say to yourself I fancy a challenge today then By all means order from this branch otherwise try somewhere else.

I ordered some pizza for delivery, I live less than 5 minutes walk from the shop.After one hour of hearing nothing from the shop, I tried calling them 3 times and no one picked up the phone.I then walked down to pick up my pizza, which was just sitting there. I then asked to have my delivery fee reimbursed as it's asinine to pay to go pick up my food.The guy in the store refused to reimburse me, further my food was cold and they have messed up my order.

The order took 2 hours and was not delivered, while the status page says the order was delivered. Be careful.

Do not order pizzas from this place you will starve. Kept me waiting for 2 hour and I tried numberous times to get through. Finally got through and they told me they had no couriers. Later they told me they had a courier. Then later still they told me the courier had cancelled. They suggested I cancelled my order and I did. That was an incredible 1 hour and 45 minutes after I placed my order.

I had to wait 90mins for the pizza, the delivery man must have been drunk because he physically didn't know where he was standing, let alone how to walk even. Cold pizza, soggy box and no mention of a refund when I complained, I had to say! Oh, and still waiting on refund! Very dissapointed.

It's impossible to get into this store today as it's full of scooters.Also the hygiene is questionable - the guy preparing and stretching dough has been on hismobile phone for 15 minutes often adjusting the handset and wiping his mouth. No hand washing inbeteeenNot pleasant.

Ordered a couple large pizzas from here. Arrived pretty quickly and hot. Cauliflower wings were delicious ?
I order pizza onthe phone when I went there they told me no pizza I said why they told me they went home what stupid people I never see I will contact papa John's customer service they need to change theirs staff??
