Good place to have standard Italian food, the kids liked it very much and the team was extremely kind, the pricing is London like, so you should not be surprised about rather expensive pizza from a German standpoint…

Pre-booked as group of 20 went on a busy day. Sited very near the entrance so was very busy and noisy. Had pre-ordered mains which worked well. Service was good and attentive.Kid-friendliness: Buggy park at front. Kids catered for well.

A perfect little break from a day out in london. The staff were friendly and lovely with my four year old nephew. Food was as comforting and familiar as expected from Pizza Express. The kids cheesy pasta was a bit mushroomy for the little one’s taste. It’s a lively atmosphere and the staff do an incredible job in such a busy restaurant. Thanks

Incredible service! We spent NYE here, we didn’t have a booking but the staff managed to get us a table. Despite being super busy, the service was impeccable. We had a lovely waitress who was so friendly. The staff went out of their way to accommodate everyone, we stayed for a few hours before heading to their outdoor space to watch the fireworks! Highly recommend this branch!

Huge thanks to the Pizza Express team especially our male waiter, who gave us impeccable customer service, even though the restaurant was at full capacity. We were well looked after, all the courses arrived quickly and we were given everything we needed to keep the children happy within moments of asking for it. We really appreciate your professionalism on such a busy afternoon. Thank you to the the whole team. I am only giving the food three stars, as I am coeliac and the gluten free pizza base is disappointing. I hope your team will consider looking at a new option, for example, something as good as the White Rabbit pizza base. The food was warm and the toppings were great. Pizza Express is a great option for young children and the prices are good value.

A scam, we paid 57 euros (approximately 49.02 pounds) for two pizzas and two drinks. The issue beyond the price? One pizza is the size of a hand. To give you an idea, my girlfriend, who has a small appetite, ended up ordering another dish from somewhere else. Although the pizza is good, it in no way justifies this exorbitant price.

Today we came to Pizza Express to celebrate my cousins 10th birthday. When we were ordering our food a waiter was really impatient and she was being lazy. It took us forever to get seated and when they took our order the food came 45mins later and part of our starter was missing. The portion sizes are absolutely ridiculous and the pizzas are tiny. The dough balls which were ordered were the size of bouncy balls and they were dry. A staff member pushed a child and did not apologise. This is absolutely outrageous and I will never EVER be returning here again.???????

This place was disgraceful. We waited atleast 1 hour for food and the drinks AND appetisers took half an hour. The servers were so rude and bossy. Nobody was working the till. The crust was stale and the pizza dough was undercooked and disgusting. This my day along with my family. They should shut down. Everything was dry and just undercooked or overcooked. Nothing was right! They served the food so poorly and I will NEVER EVER EVER come here or recommend this to a friend. This ABSOLUTELY ruined my cousins 10th birthday! I won’t ever step FOOT in this establishment. ???

Great kids pizza. Delicious pizzas for adults and an unrushed service, even on a very busy day. Totally brilliant staff who were running around making sure everyone was looked after.

Oh my goodness, this had to be the worst pizza and dinning experience I've had in a very, very long time. Our mains were brought before our starters, had to ask where our starters were. When our mains came - the pizza was hard, the crust was burnt as you can see in the pictures. I made them aware and I got an apology. The service was terrible, our waitress was no where to be seen.Nope would not go and dine here again.

Table booked for 6:30 ,didn't get seated till nearly 7pm ( fair enough if it's busy then understandable to a degree but 30 mins ? ) Then had to chase to be served as we had to be out of there by 8pm as had to be elsewhere by 8:15pm.. Then the problems really started... 6 out of the 7 pizzas/food etc we went to order were Out of stock !!!! ? A Saturday night at 7:15 !!! Even some of the drinks were out of stock ?.. The only saving grace for Pizza Express was the young lady who served us was so apologetic & nice other than that due to being in a rush at 8pm we paid full price when in theory we ended up eating something which we didn't really want in 1st place...

Booked for 20.45. Huge place. I use a chair. It’s downstairs. There’s a platform lift. It’s a huge cavernous space and three quarters empty. Several items, both my chosen starter and pizza, were unavailable. Dough balls were good, especially the pesto ones. Charred beef rib ends pizza was great. Lime and basil sorbet had too much basil..

We were lucky to be served by Claudio when we visited. He was very attentive to our needs, played with my toddler when he was having a cry and made us feel welcome. Food was delicious! Thank you Claudio.Kid-friendliness: Made our entire family feel welcome including our 1 year old!

Some menu items not available. Failed to bring starters out, brought them out, missed two of them. Brought mains out whilst eating starters and stood there holding them asking what they should do. Then cleared mains whilst some in our group were still eating. Your purpose is to serve a limited menu. You failed. Meals looked like they had been made in a low cost takeaway. Staff walking around chewing gum or preening their eyelashes. Deserts came out in 3 batches 5 minutes apart as apparently they need to heat then up. Who would have thought a restaurant would need to heat up food and it would be a challenge. This place needs an urgent review as it's doing brand damage. Needs. Change of management.
