Opening times said 7:00am I'm here at 7:17 and its nowhere close to be opening and the staff are not opening the door. Opening times are here for a reason so some of us can grab something before work and not get our time wasted

Hectic place too small, The service is shoddy, ordered a hot chocolate and it was filled only halfway. £5.25 for a toastie? Bread with some tuna is £5.25? I bought a bottle of water and found plastic inside the water. Absolutely horrific

Like any other outlet of this chain. Glad to have been able to stop in since I was really needing a bite to eat and was cold and wet from the rubbish weather outside on the day I visited.

Very sad that there is no available toilet for a big shop with so many tables. It is completely inappropriate.

A lovely cafe near Borough Market. My husband and I ordered an iced matcha latte and a chai latte. The barista was very friendly and efficient in making our drinks!

I've been customer with prêt à manger for many years. today I've chosen this lovely place with my wife to enjoy nice coffee and pastry.This message to the manger of the this shop. Today I was so desapointed by the service I had with one of your team member (valentina) her name as displayed on her t-shirt. Very bad customer service. Not even smile. even we were smiling with her. Also They way how she speaks. very tough and bad attitude. Not even hi or bye or thank you..

We discovered Pret a Manger in our last trip to London. We really like it because the food is good, has an excellent price, it can be eaten inside the restaurant, or not. I don't know if we went at this specific restaurant but we loved the chain and looked for it in many countries we visited in the UK. If you want good and fast food, with an excellent price, visit Pret a Manger. It helped us to save a lot of money.

The concept and layout is good, but the prices are high for the small amount of food. I'm rating this place a 3 because I honestly can't comment on the quality or taste. While in London, I was desperate for fresh veggies. The place I would normally visit was closed. This place popped up as having what I was looking for. I walked in, looked at the selection. It was disappointing, so I walked out.

This Pret A Manger location (between The Borough Market & The Globe Theater) has great service. I dealt with a man (sorry didn't get his name but about middle-aged) and he was fantastic in his service. He was very accommodating. Thank you.
