I go here every morning and it’s always a pleasure. Staff are genuinely so polite and always ask how people are. Speedy service most of the time (although some days could use more staff making actual coffees but it’s not all the time).

Really rough pret. There was a homeless guy with no mask who spit up outside the store then came in and started running his hands through all of the sugar packets. There were no pre wrapped straws that I felt safe using after seeing that. The front door is also just plywood with a bunch of graffiti on the front.

It's a Pret, with wi-fi, reasonable drinks prices (for London) and fairly clean, code-protected loos.

Staff is nice, although not trained in coffee making too well. I ordered espresso macchiato, received something more like espresso macchiawhat, it was espresso shot with way too much milk and no foam at all.
Such a lovely place, great food and great staff. Recommend it 💯

I stop by here almost every other day on my way to work for a soya latte (much better than the Starbucks version). I love that there's loads of vegetarian food options (although more vegan ones would be great!). The staff are always friendly and helpful.
