I like Starbucks and I would give 4 to 5 stars if this location was more wheelchair accessible.Both entrances have a large step or steps. So it is not wheelchair accessible.There is a bell a person can ring for assistance. However you have to go up the steps to ring the bell. Plus not sure how very helpful this would be.Starbucks can afford to make adaptions to make everyone feel welcome ??2023 going into 2024 ... let's get this right Starbucks!

Undrinkable, bitter espresso and a hot chocolate that was just mildly flavoured milk. I had never been in a Starbucks. Never again. There are so many good smaller cafes, we were just passing so thought we would try it.

Pretty quick service considering it's directly across the street from the Globe Theater with its crowds. Rather limited drink selection relative to the USA though. If your favorite drink isn't one of the most popular be prepared to make a different selection. The people who work here are friendly and welcoming which goes long way towards making up for the other issues.

I got very bad experiences from a staff. She seemed absolutely a beginner and I can totally understand even if she makes mistakes. However, I don’t understand the attitude of her colleague who has indian or south american accent. I was overcharged because the beginner staff’s mistake and even she got a wrong order!!! This store was one of my favourite branches and I will not visit there again. I hope there will be a restriction of passing by people to use only one restroom in the store not to make customers feel uncomfortable.

I ordered a coffee and was bitterly disappointed. Bitter being the operative word. The coffee is bitter to taste and the cup is half foam. I would have let that go, but the operator who served me was very rude, sharp and abrupt. Not sure if your having a bad day but that's not my fault. Being a little bit more cheerful wouldn't go astray. I won't be returning.

Good place to stop while walking by the river. Not 3xeptional in food and drinks. But really nice place to sit down. Staff really good and makes proper drinks, no bubbly milk, proper latte art
The location is brilliant, always clean and never had any issues until 8am this morning when employee Sigita (Singita?!) gave me the worst attitude after getting my order wrong 3 times! I have had the same daily Starbucks order for the past 8+ years (grande iced white Americano, simple) I was charged for a venti (it’s fine, I have the extra coffee) and was presented with a hot coffee at first. I asked for it to be iced- she already rolled her eyes, but told the girl to make me a new one- I got an iced Americano. After I kindly asked her to add milk she gave me the worst attitude and told me to get my own milk. I asked her to remove some of the coffee so I can add my own milk and that seemed to be too much for her.I asked her why the attitude and she told me I didn’t mention it to be with milk (I saw she added an extra splash of milk when I ordered)Long story short- what an awful employee attitude and doesn’t make me want to go back there, especially when there is another Starbucks close by and the lady is ALWAYS super kind and nice.To management Sigita (Singita?!) is a horrible representation for your store. Sad.

I had a fantastic experience at this Starbucks thanks to the wonderful service provided by barista Cleo. She was friendly and efficient, and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. I really appreciate the attention to detail and care that Cleo put into making my drink. I highly recommend this location and will definitely be back soon thanks to Cleo's excellent customer service!

One of the larger Starbucks in the area so great for a coffee and a break from the cold and rainy weather. Coffee is consistent of course :) Place is clean.

This comment is not only about this particular branch but also about many branche of Starbucks I have been too.When staff sweeps the floor, could they please not drag the chairs and tables? The noise persists for several minutes. The chairs and tables are not heavy, so a little bit awareness of lifting / moving them less noisy will be helpful.Thanks.
