AVOID! this place was filthy and the food was mouldy… literally mouldy as you’ll see in the photo… staff was so rude. This place needs shutting down. Will never go back here or probably to another Starbucks. This needs to be taken

Horrible service! By asian lady with hair down. Around 11. Rude facial expressions along with aggressive speaking. Can't ask nicely what we want and what our name is. Bad bad vibes and so rude. Never felt so uncomfortable to order in my whole entire life. Usually I always get good service apart from this worker. For this worker your facial expressions and attitude needs to improve! someone else should take her place letting starbucks down with her horrible service. Appears her and another worker gossiping on the till the only time she can smile. Embarrassing.

Ordered a tall pumpkin spiced latte and a grande caramel Frappuccino. They didn’t take my 30% partner discount that I’m eligible to as a Starbucks employee and they’ve recently changed it so you can get it regardless of what franchise you go to. They also didn’t take my free drink off my app that I had due to saving my points. They said they didn’t do free drinks despite the app being a universal thing that all Starbucks accept. When I got my drink they gave me a grande latte which I didn’t order, I wanted a tall and charged me as such and they gave me a coffee Frappuccino not a caramel one. As a Starbucks employee the drinks were not up to standards. Neither drinks came with the whipped cream that come with as standard and were incredibly poor coffee quality. Not happy.

The hot chocolate I ordered was absolutely disgusting! It's a disgrace considering how expensive it was! On top of that, my name was pronounced and spelt completely wrong even though I wrote it down on a piece of paper for the Server.
