We had lunch here on New Year’s Day. Food was pretty solid - feedback ranging from very good (pasta) to ok (steak). Service was good. Good location, good atmosphere. Probably 3.5 stars but I’ll give it 4.

Went a couple of days ago. We ordered three kids pasta’s one pasta had a short black hair in it. Sent it back and got the children to share one plate to find a long blonde hair in the other dish! Disgusting, turns my stomach to think my kids ate food that was clearly on the floor or mismanaged.

Not great really. We waited outside by the sign “ wait to be seated “ but no one approached us. We decided to go inside and speak to the host who found us a table immediately . We were ready to order but we had to wait 15 min to be spotted by server. Couple seated next to us was literally waving to catch someone’s attention few times. The waiter came over took their order but ignored us even if we arrived earlier. I was ready to take my jacket and go but in the same moment waiter came back and took our order.Steaks weren’t bad but we both order medium and we received one perfect medium and the other medium well. Chips were nice and hot and salad fresh. Bruschetta arrived right away but unfortunately the bread was cold and chewy. No one checked on us and the whole service and dining experience was poor considering amount of team members on shift. We paid service charge but won’t be back.

We were trying to find somewhere "reasonable" for New Year's Eve in London to watch the fireworks. There are not that many restaurants along the Thames so when I found this place, I booked it for our party of 7.The night was amazing from start to finish. They had a DJ and we danced (and the staff danced), ate and drank and then had an amazing view to watch the fireworks. You had to book and pay in advance, which is the norm for New Year's Eve but it was well worth it.Thanks so much for a fabulous night!

Wow! Thank you so much to the Management and wonderful staff for giving us such a fabulous New Years Eve. Not only was the food and service great but the dj and staff entertainment made the night go with a bang!

Terrible food, not worth the price. Cocktails were pre made so not fresh and taste horrible. Food was basic, had no taste, lack of flavour. Dessert was terrible.Seated near the kitchen with very tiny space in between tables, and the table was tiny, it was very uncomfortable. Service was bad, not friendly and was rushed.

Terrible food, absolutely awful. The shrimps were tiny and frozen, chicken clearly came out of a bag, anitipasti, bad! Honestly just all the food was sub par. I’d usually vote higher even with mediocre food if service is good but even that was rubbish. Had to go find a waiter to actually take my order after waiting for what felt like ages. Asked multiple times for water. AVOID.

Really grotty restaurant! We were taken to our table where the floor underneath has suffered a spillage.. this we asked to be cleaned - which it was.. The food was woeful, very disappointing in taste and appearance. Loos were so dirty, doors sticky to touch, just quite a dissatisfactory meal out. During a cost of living crisis eating out is quite a luxury, this a pizza for my daughters birthday (pretty much the only food item she eat out) was such a disappointment. Will not re visit, definitely not recommend.. ?

Ran across this lovely restaurant while walking thru the Christmas market near the Eye. I am so glad I stopped in here instead of a stall! This place looked posh as hell, but it was extremely affordable! I got the seafood linguine and man, it was the best!! Mussels, squid, shrimp, and even a couple octopus in there... Taste was perfection and I was full all night!! Thank you for your quick service and amazing food!!

Great location, the atmosphere buzzes. We dined indoors and despite being 40 mins late due to travel disruptions, there was no fuss and we were seated very quickly. Very good and knowledgeable waiter. Pre show lunch which was served quickly and of a very good quality. Would not hesitate to recommend.

We didn’t have a reservation but there was space enough. We ordered antipasti, pizza and 2 menus for the kids. But we got everything together which was too much at once. Our waitress wasn’t very friendly neither, and anything I asked wasn’t possible. Anyway, one and only visit.

From the moment we joined the queue outside they were super professional. It was very busy we had to wait for a table cause we hadn’t booked and there was 6 of us, it was worth the wait. The staff were just brilliant, the food was excellent. We will all definitely go back, next time we will book a table. Highly recommend this restaurant.

We popped in here looking for somewhere to eat. We were seated quickly and served promptly (cannot fault the service) the food was tasty, we shared a garlic bread with mozerella the. I had the seafood linguine which was nice. The wine wasn’t my favourite, I had the Sauvignon blanc and the cocktails on offer are on tap (which put us off), however given how busy it is we can understand it. Tables are very close together and it feels a little packed in. Toilets need a little more regular TLC but overall a nice restaurant that we’d definitely go back to.

Sat outside on a rainy evening under the umbrella which was very atmospheric. Receptionist/server named Paris was the best ever. So warm and welcoming. Very informative and nothing was too much trouble. Made our evening complete. Food was a high standard. Spaghetti bolognese for the husband and chicken and mushroom main for me.
