Really friendly staff who helped seat our large table. Our waiter, Patel was fantastic as was Yash.

This wagamamas branch is always a safe solid bet for dinner in Southbank. Been here countless times. Staff are great but hard to get their attention at times when it is really busy. The food is generally good and a great atomsphere.

Great service from James, even when the lunch rush came in. Vegetarian options were on point and the sake grapefruit cocktail was

From the beginning service was very welcoming and great. What could be improved it's the starters menu should come before the main food. Also the main food could come in the similar time all together not some people have their food and someone still waiting.Otherwise food was tasty and the store was nice and clean, toilet was clean and smell fresh.

What has happened to Wagamama? Things have really gone down hill over the last few years. We were a party of 4 and none of us were happy with our experience. The service was poor. The food came up luke warm and was fairly mediocre. Not to recommended.

Was ok but very crowded, they place people too close together and you can’t hear anyone it’s not great if you’re trying to have a conversation.

I thought all Wagamama's were of the same high standard but clearly not.Sent the 'fried' duck gyozas back because they were baked and full of mush. New ones didn't come and they were still on my bill at the end, so service wasn't good either.Place seems like a bit of mess.

Very crowded so we had to wait a bit. But it was worth it. the food was very tasty.

Very empty beef bao buns, about a teaspoon of beef in each one. Chicken skewers weren't very hot and had a rubbery texture. Donburi dish was ok. Cheesecake was icy and chipped off like it was straight from the freezer. Dirty tables, chopsticks on the floor

We walked up on a Saturday evening and there was a long queu - staff managed this excellently - opened an outdoor section to accommodate people and get us fed. Food came quickly considering how busy they were.We enjoyed a range of veggie and meat dishes.I tried the new vegan k-dogs - delicious but served with too much condiment on the k-dog....serve condiment on the side please.Overall great eats at speed - just what we needed!

Idris was amazing as our server - so friendly and chatty with all the family and evidently hard working. We’d come back just for the service never mind the amazing food. Well done team but a special shout out to Idris. Thanks for making our night extra special.Kid-friendliness: Really friendly to our children and provided colouring and lots of friendly banter
