Lovely pub in Bethnal Green, food was delicious and service was welcoming and kind. Atmosphere was cozy. Recommend for also a nice Sunday roast!

Spectacular setting. Eating the Sunday Roast in this typical English-style pub is a unique experience. The service was truly impeccable. All the staff were kind and available for any type of request. Really super Cask Ale beers. An experience to repeat.

The beer garden was nice but can get noisy at busy times.The bar staff are attentive and plentiful in nature - you never really have to wait too long for a drink, even when the place is busy.This is a cashless venue - not an issue for me but may be for others.

Change of management apparently, they’ve stopped offering natural wines. That was the only reason I went there.
Lovely pub, a warm welcome from the barman and great advice and discussion about beer. They have a fantastic alcohol-free selection including a variety of interesting craft beers (the weisse beer and the stout stood out to me) and a fantastic negroni spritz. And their alcoholic selection is always incredible as well. Staff are knowledgeable, personable and friendly. Highly recommend as a great place to have a solo drink or visit with friends.

Nice food and a really good range of beer, ranging from old-school classics like Harvey's to newer craft-ale-boom IPAs and porters. Friendly staff and interesting music, too. I can imagine myself settling in for a long day's relaxed drinking.
