The female ‘’manager” was so rude. I called and was so friendly and she hung up me when I said I wanted to order a pizza for collection. I called back and asked again and she said you need to order online and immediately hung up. I called back and said do not hang up on me, I’m unable to order online and she said sorry nothing we can do and hung up without even saying bye. What the hell?

Hello hello I say 2 stars because it was actually food and I’m not picky will eat anything if hungry but I paid 3.50 extra for “double decadence” lol.. this really wasn’t worth it and it felt like the pizza I got from the cafeteria in secondary school and I didn’t go to private school so you know it was bad, furthermore paying nearly 30 pounds for a deal with garlic bread and coke I felt ripped off.

The worst customer service I've ever receivedI've been a customer for along time at this branch, however one of the managers there was so rude to me when he made my order wrong.I asked for less cheese on one pizza, and they gave me what seemed to be extra cheese - it had more cheese than the pizza with normal amount of cheese.I even overheard the guy cutting pizza ask 'is this supposed to be light cheese?', and the manager just told him to cut it and give it to me.I asked the manager to look at my pizza, and he told me that it was less cheese, even though there was more than the regular pizza. I asked him if he would look at it and remake my pizza, but he said 'no, go to head office for a refund'.Possibly the worst customer service I've ever had from a Domino's, and definitely not how they teach you to treat customers. When I worked there the managers would have had a heart attack if anyone treated a customer that way.Now, according to them, I've made 'numerous and repetitive complaints', which simply isn't true, as I've ordered from there maybe 20 times this year alone with zero complaints.Awful customer service, awful pizza

Paid extra for cheese. I always order extra cheese when I go to a Domino's at any of their locations.It was very evident they didn't put any extra cheese on, could still see lots of tomato paste etc. Asked if they could just sprinkle some extra cheese on to make up for the lack of them not put extra on. They refused and remade the pizza in the end.Sadly yet again they didn't put extra cheese on. Overall not great and shafted out of time and the extra cheese I had wanted.
The interior of the place was lovely with plants everywhere giving it that relaxing vibe. The doors were open as it was a hot day allowing the breeze to come in. I really enjoyed my margherita pizza, which was nice and thin and delicious with the perfect amount of mozzarella. Customer service was efficient.
