Staff very friendly and welcoming but the quality the control when it comes to food and hot drinks is very very poor, a drink which is meant to be hot is Luke warm every time, the croissants are poor and defo not Greggs quality, compared to the Liverpool street store this is really really

Ordered 3 classic sandwiches platters for our group's Christmas party. They were ready when I arrived to collect, price was reasonable, all were fresh and tasted good.

Arrived at 15:29. It was closed with no explanation or warning. They were meant to close at 18:00.

Quickservice, great sausage rolls.

Limited options of Greggs menu. Worth travelling to Whitechapel or Roman road Greggs

Before renovating there was decent service and good reliability but since then, every time I've gone, the food has been ice cold and ive had to wait 6+ minutes in a queue of only 4 people because there is only one person behind the counter and they're too busy making coffees to take orders from the next customers.Poor service, lack of staff, cold food - was a 4/5 a few months ago

Standard Greg's fare, you know what your going to get here, the main bonus is surprisingly good coffee at a good price ?

Hasna is always friendly and remembers my order. She always greets me and i leave with my fresh greggs and a smile on my face
Only proper bakery around that does children sandwiches for an elderly person so glad I found the shop not many around

Horrible customer service . They would not warm up my cheese and onion pastry ( complelty cold , these pastries are meant to be warm) . But in a bad manner said instead, "warm it up at home" (there's an oven behind her) , with no excuse about having a broken microwave or no microwave. They would not listen to my request and gave me attitude instead. ( I suggest you not to go here ) .

Don't try this branch (112 Roman Rd, Globe Town, London E2 0RN).\\n\\nI was served cold cheese ? and onion pastry. I asked them to warm it up, they said its policy they cannot warm, so you get served cold food. I'd rather eat from a dogs bowl ?.\\n\\nRubbish service and food in bin. Worst branch in London.
