I frequent coffee shops on a daily basis, throughout the UK and, without any doubt, this is the worst coffee shop I’ve visited by far.I’ve traveled to Bethnal Green today to see a client and I wanted a coffee. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find a Caffè Nero or Costa and had to settle for this.The staff don’t seem to care at all, being so unhelpful, and unfriendly and clearly uninterested. The coffee was very poor, and quite frankly, the coffee shop is a dump.My coffee mug had clearly seen better days. If Starbucks are happy with this, then they should be ashamed….I’ll be glad to leave London behind and get back home to Northumberland …and great coffee ☕️

Never felt more unwelcomed at a Starbucks.The 2 boys working there, were umnbothered, didnt say hello, or nothing, ordered 2 espresso and when was time to pay one of them nodded in the director of the card reader, the other made the espressos, put them on the counter without saying nothing, sugar station very messy, floor dirty, mufflin chunks all over the place, all the tables were sticky and with mugs stains.Love Starbucks, this one would be better if closed.

Blink and you will miss it. This is one of their smaller coffee shops but surprisingly spacious inside. The one thing I am bored with is their food selection. Time for a change don't you think?

This place is seriously mismanaged. Had to wait 15 mins for an Americano.Women at the front taking orders, women at the back seems lost and not properly trained.Shame..Go to another Starbucks.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. Don’t waste your money here, go to another Starbucks.Worse service I’ve received in a long time. I watched the baristas argue and walk right by me with no one taking my order. One even muttered that ‘the customer is staring at us’, when I was simply waiting to order.Never again will I go here.

honestly worst starbucks ever. went to order a caramel cream and the woman will brunette hair argued with me about the name and proceeded to call me the n-word and when i retaliated the colleague who is a fellow black male proceeded to kick me out! will honestly be taking this further as racial abuse should not be tolerated

It's a very small Sbux location, but the seats were comfy, the wifi was good, the bathrooms were clean, and the view was wonderful. The employees were very helpful as well -- one dropped what she was doing when she saw me looking for the bathroom. Wish they could just print the pin on the receipt tho so you wouldn't have to ask everytime but I guess that's standard ?

I ordered a set of Tumblrs on the 22/05/2023 at 5:30pm for my daughter. I received a notification saying to collect from Cambridge Heath Road Starbucks (BethnalGreenStation). I went to the store and was told that they do not have the tumblers and to get a refund on the Starbucks App. Once I came home, I tried to cancel my order and get a refund, but there was no option for a refund.I went again and told them that there was no option on the App. A young lady told me that to go back the next day, she would show me how to do it.So I went again the next day and asked the man. He said I wouldn't get my refund.I went again today and was told no one can help me.So overall, I went back and forth 4 times, and no one was able to help me. I have no tumblers and have lost my money.Please help me get my refund back.The customer service was unsatisfactory.Thank youKind regards

Just got an iced white mocha with oat milk and was very underwhelming. The Starbucks here and the one in Whitechapel are miles apart. They also looked rather flustered especially the elder gentleman, with a bit of a rush coming in, which could be the reason why they were below average today. I have been to this Starbucks before and normally don’t disappoint, however working in a coffee shop previously myself I know it needs a much more loose and fun vibe, which isn’t present here and maybe why the drinks weren’t up to standard this time.I’d also note that the drink that was made can be made better as I could not taste the white mocha untill the very end of the drink a quick stir, can go a very long way, plus a little more white chocolate would’ve been nice.

Incompetent they literally cannot follow simple instructions I ordered a caramel frappe coffee based and they got it wrong twice, not sure if your doing it deliberately because it’s via Uber but it’s out of order!!

The staff aren’t very friendly. Never a smile or anything. I have to watch them make my drink to make sure they don’t give me cow milk as it has happened often and I am very allergic. I shouldn’t have to do that…

They have toilet but always blocked. I asked manager he said it is blocked, my friend asked one week before was same answer is blocked. I don’t know when will their toilet be unblocked?The Starbucks authority should investigate this.
