Not happy the app only does the best deals on delivery and not eat in customer ?

HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDEDWe went to the Bexleyheath Burger King branch for Dine In on the 07th of March 2024 around 18:15. The lady at the counter refused to take orders because they were doing take-away only as her colleague already cleaned the Tables and chairs. If you don't do dine-in why are you guys advertising and opening the restaurant until 21:00 on weekdays? We were extremely disappointed and ended up going to McDonalds. This is the 2nd time happened like this. The management must take immediate action on the managers and staff.

Food itself was great. Unfortunately the app wasn't working on multiple devices - meaning I couldn't get my reward / discount. When I got there and ordered via the touchscreen, it wasn't very busy at all (3 orders including mine). I waited 15 minutes for my food, with no apology for the wait - toilets shut yet they were still operating as a dine in restaurant?Clear priority to Deliveroo drivers rather than customers who have actually travelled to get their order - perhaps a separate area for takeaway delivery drivers would be good?

Got to the store 15 mins before they closed. Placed my order and went to wait outside. When I tried to go back in to check on my orders progress I was confronted by a very rude Mo. Who was hysterically waving his arms at me to tell me that the store was closed. When I told him I’d already placed an order he reluctantly let me into the store and then went to check with his staff to see if I was being honest and that I had in fact placed an order. There are ways of talking to customers this is not it.

Had the vegan royal meal with onion rings, had to wait a bit for them to cook it which is fine because it was nice and fresh. Found seating easily even though it was busy.Vegetarian options: Vegan menu availableParking: Multi storey car park, first hour is £1.50

Waited 20minutes to get served there was only 3 people in front of me and the staff were dawdling around with no sense of urgency, when they eventually opened a second till, the staff member kept messing up my order, terrible service.If I had to give a positive, whe. The food actually arrived it was ok.

Long waiting times even when it’s not busy ! Plus food hygiene is really low !!! I’ve seen staff members touch their hair then carry on working -_- avoid at all cost !!!

Great food, nice lattes, there are a couple of downfalls about litter, but that is mainly other people leaving their own trays on the table and now throwing it away, so some tables may not be cleaned in a hurry.Did not notice any Disabled toilets either.I know there are some on the MALL, but they are up the other end.Am I blind, or are there any toilets in BKWheelchair accessibility: I did not use my wheelchair today, I used my stick, as I was having an ok day, but found it a bit difficult to find a big enough table for me to sit at with my family with plenty of room around me
