This is how we received our food delivery .The food was burnt and look at the appearance of the food.£34 for this , joke……I called the restaurant and the guy said he will call me back , I am yet to hear from him.Do not use this company their standards are very poor.

Flies flying everywhere people slapping the flies away it disgusted me and I didn't want to eat the ice-cream scared of flies going into it and I would eat it by accident ? 2 stars other then that the slushy was good and I managed to eat one scoop of ice-cream when i went stil they should sort the fly problem out I mean the food is good decent but the flies put me off it

This place has surely run its course. The restaurant was infested with black bar flies - everywhere - in the toilets and all the way down to the front door where I sat with my child who ate a pancake. I had to visibly check his food and had to pull a black piece out as he put the pancake in his mouth. It could have been burned sugar, but it could have been something else. I was really worried the flies were in the kitchen and in his food so we scarpered as quick as he finished his food. Am considering making a complaint to Bexley council as the restaurant should have been closed for cleaning.

Has to have been the most terrible experience! Was told the wait would be 10-15 minutes, yet after 30minutes I was still waiting. When I asked I was told that my order was being made, even though the restaurant was very quiet. From ordering to food coming was nearly 50 minutes and then items were also not as ordered with no offer of apology. Safe to say I will not be going back here nor recommend.

I got the limited edition winter waffle. I loved the cherries. Very sweet... the cream is necessary! Coffee is less popular in the evening, so takes longer. Pmint tea is a nice light beverage.

Melinda served us our food and when we asked for water, she rolled her eyes at us and walked off. She did not give us our water and we had to ask someone else to bring us our water. They also forgot to give us one of the items in our order, so we had to go back and ask them for it.

I am their staff member and i really worked hard but due to some personal reasons i couldn't continue my job but now they are not paying me my salary.its ridiculous and really bad behavior. They want me to forget my money and hard work. I worked in creams bexelyheath. If they are not good and loyal to their staff their outlet should be banned.Maryam

Ordered through just eat, waited 2 hours with the status “preparing your food”, called to see what was going on and they told me it wasnt their fault and to contact just eat, as i was calling just eat customer service i checked the app and they had cancelled my order …?

Very slow, my husband and I ordered same time from 2 different shops, whilst his was cooked delivered and eaten, mine was still preparing. The driver went to collect and had to leave to do another delivery. He returned to collect and again wasn't ready. Ps 22:30 on a mid week, so not busy at all!!!!Very very poor, if I could give 0 I would.

Ordered through just eat and unknowingly accepted an open bag , one of our deserts was missing, just eat was impossible to contact so rang the restaurant and they without hesitation rectified the situation

My wife came and was stared at and ignored, she looked around and it was empty. Not great customer service so we went to Kaspa's a few doors down and was greeted as we went in. My son and his friends had a great party, using Kaspa's now, won't recommend you guys any more!

Please can an accurate time of when you stop serving customers both eating in and takeaway please as everytime I go to order it’s always delivery only this is from 9pm onwards when the restaurant opening times state till 11pm which would mean for customers aswell. Feeling a little fustrated by this as love the Ferrero Rocher milkshakes here and due to work this is the only time I can get it which makes it impossible to buy
